“My Ministry of Reconciliation” South Africa’s Nelson Mandela Day

Recently as the “Marriage Evaluation Team” MET Minister, my Beloved has laid the Ministry of Reconciliation deeply on my heart.

Let me share a little bit in a nutshell 1st. I came to RMI due to the heartbreak I felt going through my separation and divorce, due to questioning the Lord for answers He led me here, He’s led you here too dear Bride just like He led me and it is ALL for a GREATER PURPOSE.

2 Corinthians 5:18, “Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us (me, Atarah) the ministry of reconciliation.”

My marriage was restored and countless other marriages which you read about every Saturday due to each and every lady becoming His Bride. They like me found their HH Heavenly Husband. Heavenly Husband?? When I learnt about this concept and maybe you are reading this for the 1st time, the Lord being your Heavenly Husband? Your Beloved? It sounded very strange to me the 1st time I read about it and came across it, reading it in this ministry’s materials and maybe it does to you too.

Even though I did not understand this strange concept I asked the Lord about it and slowly He showed me what it meant, it took time and asking Him for understanding. The scriptures are found in Isaiah 54:4-13 & Isaiah 61:7 &10. Be sure to ask Him, dear bride.

The GREATER PURPOSE after He has healed you, made you His bride, is so that your friends, loved ones, sisters, family, community, city, and your country can become His Brides 🙂

The Lord has brought a couple of women into my life to sow hope to in quite a short space of time!

I have given a copy of A Wise Woman book to my mum-in-law and my husband’s aunt who are both very actively involved in ministry, both being Pastor’s wives. I am trusting my Beloved that once they have read the book that they will impart into the lives of the women that they are ministering to.

The Lord then gave me the opportunity to share my testimony and lend the How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage book to a lady at church whose husband left her when she was pregnant.

A lady moved in upstairs who I found out later is the daughter of a couple who attends the church my EH and I attend. Again I was given the opportunity to share my testimony and I emailed her the 1st chapter of the By the Word of Their Testimony and RYM books. Now she has had questions concerning her EH wanting to come home. I thank the Lord that I was able to share these resources instead of telling her what to do or say… and the HopeAtLast.com link.

It’s amazing how my Beloved works because a while back I had prayed about sharing what I learnt here since we relocated and I am no longer employed in the working environment and this lady moves in upstairs! Brides, be sure to ask for opportunities.

Wow! The Lord has really laid on my heart this Ministry of Reconciliation, but He did not just lay it on my heart He brought these women into my life to share with. I am trusting my Beloved for the growth of the RMI Ministry in my city, church and in all of Africa. These are the verses He led me to write down and pray daily:

2 Corinthians 5:18, “Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us (me, Atarah and you) the ministry of reconciliation.”

Isaiah 55:8, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.…”

Colossians 1:9-11, “For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,  so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.”

I’m excited to see what’s going to happen!! Aren’t you??

South Africa’s Nelson Mandela Day

In honor of this special day in South Africa we sensed it would be nice to share a few pictures of when Tara was there visiting with Yvonne and visited both his home in Soweto where he lived until 1962

and also traveling to Robbin Island where he was imprisoned for 27 years.
