Completely Different From the World

β™• Today's Promise: "That they may know from the east and west that there is no one but me. I am the LORD and there is no other; I create light and create darkness. I make peace and I create misfortune. I, the Lord, do all these things.” Isaiah 45: 6-7

Dear Bride, this chapter β€œWhere Did I Go Wrong?”, like many others, opens your eyes to biblical truths that are rarely spoken of, and even less often lived by. I encourage you to transform your mind.

If in the present crises we first look at ourselves and wonder if we have caused them ourselves, it shows humility. An adulterous woman cannot admit her guilt. The crises in our lives are designed to glorify God and bless us. Give Him everything that is going on, so that He will fight for me and reveal His power and glory, that for Him nothing is impossible. Contrary to popular belief, the Lord is even late in His intervention at times for even greater glory to be revealed. If we are obedient in little things, our trials will become greater and greater, and so will the blessings that follow. I like the comparison that we have to exercise our spiritual muscles just as we normally build strength and muscles by exercising physically. Our focus should not be on who the Lord is using to bring misfortune to our lives, but that He is in total control and, as a result, it will be for our good and for His glory.

Many Christians believe that the enemy is always behind the crisis when the Word tells us that, first, the enemy needs His permission to do anything, and second, the Lord makes everything - even disaster. Focusing on this truth, rather than on negative thoughts and emotions during a crisis, helps us deal with them much better and be excited as we wait for God's action.

Share the testimonies of God's action in my life whenever I have the opportunity. Never base your decisions on money. This should not be our motivation. Not to seek help from others, but to wait for the Lord, even when he is late. Remember that even in my lack, He can lead me to give and obey Him by seeing through faith.

Dear Bride, one of the most important things for me is to remember that the Lord is in total control of everything. Even when misfortunes come upon us, we can look at them by faith and go through everything completely different from the world.

"That they may know from the east and west that there is no one but me. I am the LORD and there is no other; I create light and create darkness. I make peace and I create misfortune. I, the Lord, do all these things.” Isaiah 45: 6-7

"Do not seek wealth, give up your wisdom. Will you turn your eyes to what is nothing? Because riches make wings and fly to heaven like an eagle.” Proverbs 23: 4-5
