Exposing some Deep Hidden Painful Sores

Dear Brides, whenever we are involved in other people’s problems they become our problem and we become entangled in all that chaos. I know for me I always was involved in other people’s problems sometimes willingly and other times unwillingly. Brides, the Lord is the only one that can help them. Nothing is impossible with Him and these things must happen in their lives so they can repent from their sins. The Lord is gracious to free us from family, friends, co-workers or whomever it involves. It will all work out for their good. I am a fixer and want everything to be fixed now. I like to help others with their problems. That was my struggle but the Lord is teaching me not to be involved in anyone’s encumbrances.

Psalm 1:1 “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked nor stands in the way of sinners”. This is saying to stand back and let them deal with their own sins until they repent unto the Lord. People think that I stay away on purpose and that is not the case. I now understand as well why people perhaps have stood far from me In this crisis and it’s okay. It is for the Lord to deal with it.

Exodus 14:14 says “The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still”.

1 Peter 5:7 “Give all your worries and cares to God for he cares about you”.

The Lord is teaching me wisdom and to accept his unconditional love. I used to handle everything my own way and it never worked for too long. I just didn’t have it. I’m learning to talk to him about all my concerns and burdens and to wait on his answers.

Jeremiah 17:7 says. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose hope is the Lord”.

Psalm 62:1 says “I wait quietly before God for my victory comes from him”.

Pray with me: My Lord thank you for your word and it’s wisdom. I am learning so much. Thank you for loving me the way you do and being gracious to me. I want to draw closer to you and remain your Bride forever.

Song of Solomon 5:16 “This is my Beloved and this is my friend”. This scripture is meaningful because I want to always have the Lord as my Beloved and as my friend as well as my Beloved Husband. I want to be able to go to him for everything and anything as he’s in control of everything and longs to be gracious to me.

Dear Brides: Beloved Brides this Chapter 12 “Every Encumbrance” is about not getting involved in other people’s problems (encumbrances). The same way you are now in a crisis, it is between you and your Heavenly Husband. This is the same way for the people you are associated with.

1 Peter 5:10 “And the God of all grace who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast”.

James 1:2-4 “Consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kinds because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking anything”.

You will come out and not be burned.

Brides, this book is phenomenal. The principles, scriptures, testimonies have given me hope and has grown my faith. Erin and the Lord will encourage you to run this race with perseverance. The Lord allowed this and it will be for your good.
