Be sure YOUR Post is published in our Encourager by following these simple guidelines.
By following the simple guidelines below, you can be assured that YOUR Praise and Comments will be posted—with YOU becoming an Encouraging Woman!
Your Testimonies!
By following these simple guidelines when you comment on course lesson pages, NRP will consider using your testimony in one of our upcoming published books. We collect testimonies from comments daily to make our books more encouraging and powerful. Why not YOURS?
“And they overcame him [the wicked one] because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the WORD of their TESTIMONY.”
NEW GUIDELINES
Now that we are sharing the English website with all the other wonderful languages, we were excited when God revealed wisdom that we will instill in our guidelines.
PARTNERS. It’s our partners who have invested their tithes and offerings that make Encouraging Women and all of our seven websites possible. Therefore, it’s important that we invest, on behalf of our partner, dedicating each blog post as spiritually nutritious as possible.
Taking advantage of our many "BC" BOOK COURSES—so it’s not snacking, scrolling, or being entertained—but being spiritually nourished and “washed in the water of the Word.”
If your blog post is not connected and focused on ENCOURAGING women with the ability to click to the connecting BOOK COURSE to feast on more, then your blog post will be deleted, and your ability to post, your level will move from an administrator, editor, author, contributor to a user, preventing future posts.
Note: this could be for a temporary period of time or include other stipulations. We are just waiting for more wisdom from God, the Father. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let them ask of God, who gives to all who ask liberally and without reservation.“
"And I, if I am lifted up, will draw all people to Myself.”
Ministers who are editors: Here are important reminders to keep in mind when submitting or selecting Posts for our blogs or web pages:
- The Post keeps our RMIEW members and Encourager Readers policies, which are by His truths we are learning here, and what RMIEW believes and stands for.
- The Post focuses on the Lord as our Husband—NOT on the earthly husband or ex-husband.
- The Post is NOT causing anyone to focus on what could be their "addiction" or "obsession"— which is most often their EH, "earthly husband," their marriage, and/or their restoration. Watch for repeating EH throughout.
- Please avoid abbreviations like HH or EH since it's not the same in every language.
- The only exception is #hashtags that mimic the webpage Book Course.
- The Post should focus on the LORD: what HE has become or is becoming to the woman, what HE has done for her that day or over the past week, and lifts HIM up.
- The way to discern when a Post is excellent is to think of the women who get Encouragers with all the other "junk mail" they get each morning; will this Post set the right frame of mind for them to start their day Encouraged to foster a relationship with Him?
- Be sure the Post is not in the form of a devotional, speaking to the Lord directly and falling under the principle in the book of Matthew.
- EASY, LIGHT, and encouraging women in every language to know Him personally is what we want to post or use.
- The Post must also not be too vague— being too discreet, which leaves the reader confused—unable to understand what the person is talking about.
- The Posts cannot be used if it is filled with nothing but details, such as the amount something was paid for and specific dates (do not use dates, so it's never outdated when read two to three months later).
- The Post cannot contain any advertisements like names of books and authors that are not from RMI or found in the recommended reading list. Movie names or brand names should also not appear in the Post.
- Because we focus on relationships and not religion, the Post should contain no Gospel songs.
In Chapter 2 of the book How GOD Can Restore, Erin says this about the Pharisees:
"Spiritual arrogance. Over half of those who come to our ministry for help to restore their marriages exhibit spiritual arrogance or self-righteousness. This is what I refer to as a Pharisee spirit. Ladies, this is so dangerous. God showed me, in His Word, that the Lord was only harsh, critical, and opposed to one set of individuals—the Pharisees! And I was one of them!"
Ladies, this Pharisee spirit can also reveal itself when you become preachy either in your praises or especially when you comment on someone else's post or comment.
The Pharisees were a Jewish religious party. They were known for their strict observance of religious practices and ceremonies and adherence to oral laws and traditions. What we want to foster is a RELATIONSHIP and exhibiting this sort of behavior could easily prevent someone from posting praise or commenting—but it also will damage YOU as well.
Please stop and read this Living Lesson, which actually speaks about and is entitled Preachy—especially if your post was not posted or your comment was removed and we sent you this link.
"Speaking to the Lord" in comments and praise reports: Speaking to the Lord is meant to be private lest she fall into the dangerous Pharisee spirit and bring many with her. (My Husband pointed out to me early on to stop this religious behavior that soon takes over.)
“When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But as for you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door, and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.“ Mathew 6:5-6
Asking for Prayer
RMI's policy is not to publish a comment or post requesting prayer, because a relationship with our Lord and Savior and Husband and Father is the only thing that will last. If the comment or post has already been posted, we as ministers are requested to remove the content and leave the link to the Power of Prayer
page, which also includes a link to Submit your Prayer Request. The Crisis Corner and Thankfulness Therapy links will also be shared as a preventative to needing prayer
.
If you, as Ministers, would like more information to understand why, you will find it in our RMI "Ministering" Manual, Prayer Requests.
