I just want to thank Erin and every other woman who is a part of this ministry. I pray that the Lord continues to use you to shine his light and help other women and I pray that the Lord blesses all of you and your families. I’m only on course two [Rebuild] but I’m so excited. My story is very different from all the other women so in the beginning I was trying to figure out how I fit in but I see that I do. I just feel so blessed and honored that the Lord is showing me where I went wrong and how only through Him things can change.
I don’t want to shame my ex-husband but for many years I thought he was wrong. It was me, I was the one who was caught in adultery. I was the one who decided to leave my husband and my five children and after almost 5 years I finally realized I was the contentious woman and I am so thankful that God is working with me. I have a long way to go but He is so good I’m finally starting to get a little more comfortable calling Him my Heavenly Husband.
My cousin came across this ministry and she would speak about it but I would never pay too much attention to it because as I said my situation is very different, but the Lord pressed on my heart to start these courses and I don’t know where he’s taking me but I know it’s somewhere amazing. I just give Him all the glory and honor for being my Savior and my Heavenly Husband.
With God all things are possible I pray that this ministry blesses you the way it is blessing me. So please remember ladies it’s not too late, it’s never too late. We serve an amazing God who can and will restore your marriage, please just open your heart to these courses but first and foremost open your heart to your Heavenly Husband. My ex-husband and I are not together, we’re not even speaking but I know that the Lord can do anything so I encourage you ladies let the Lord take over.
Please remember apart from the Lord we can do nothing. I believe in my heart that if you open your heart to God, your Heavenly Husband, He can and will restore your marriage. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is don’t look at what your husband or ex-husband did that was wrong. God will handle that, God wants to work on you, He wants to change you and He can and He will. Trust me He will change your husband/ex-husband but that’s His job it’s not yours. Let the Lord change you and you will be blessed. Sometimes it’s a bitter pill for us to swallow to realize we were wrong and contentious but when we realize that we are free from all of these sins and God can mold us and shape us to the women/wives that He wants us to be. Please remember it doesn’t happen overnight so run the race with a good heart.
