Dear fellow brides, everything has to go according to His plan and appointed time. As the mother of a child with special needs, it is hard for me to wait and see. You are told by many specialists that there is this fantastic thing called brain plasticity. The Lord made our brain in such a way, that it has incredible recovery functions. But for this, you need to give your child the correct stimuli, and you have to keep in mind, that the older the child gets, the harder it will be for him to learn new things. So as a mother, you want to do as much possible in the smallest lapse of time, You go from therapy to therapy, you buy any stimulating toy or gadget the specialist recommended. It negatively impacts your family life. It ruins your finance. You feel overwhelmed, desperate to achieve alone the impossible. It took a divorce for me to calm myself and settle down. But still, there are so many things I feel my son needs, but I cannot afford them.
However, our loving Husband has recently taught me a wonderful lesson. I had received last year a special gift card from the ministry. As soon as I received it, I started researching Amazon to purchase some helpful items for my son, that are available only in the US. But I was left disappointed. The online shops would not ship to Slovakia. I tried to find some solutions, but it did not work. So I let go until today…
This week, I was at the physical therapy center in the Czech Republic, where my son receives regular therapies. There was this great vibrating cushion that my son loved, and I could figure out so many ways to use it in our daily therapy sessions.
After searching the internet, I realized that Amazon was offering this product, and it shipped to Slovakia! And then I heard my dear Husband whisper to me: look at the other items you so badly wanted last year. So I checked them, and guess what?…. They could be shipped also to Slovakia now!! And the total price of all items with shipping exactly matched the amount of the gift card. It could be ONLY HIS doing…
When I ordered the items today, I kept reminding myself: it His doing, His appointed time. Have faith and trust in Him. Your Heavenly Husband will never let you down…
And that is so completely true!!!

Ministry Note: After hearing Tara recount the wonderful family you have Aimée and what an amazing mother you are, I can’t tell you how much I told my HH how much I wanted to do something to help lift part of the burden you’ve been carrying. I told Him I know I can’t but He can and I told Him I’d simply trust Him.
What you said is so true, His appointed time is everything! It was His appointed time for Tara and Cristina to visit you, be there when you needed “family” and then His timing to use what was just waiting for you, the Gift Card, His prompting so long ago!
It reminds me of this principle that’s one of my favorites! Deuteronomy 28:2—
“All these blessings will come upon you and OVERTAKE you if you obey the Lord your God”
Voice: “All of the following blessings will be yours—in fact, they’ll chase after you—if you’ll listen to what He tells you.”
I learned this, in fact, with Tara when she’d forgotten her swimsuit when we’d gone on vacation many years ago. She was heartbroken and worried she’d messed up. But I assured her, “No, He’s going to double bless your mistake” and within a minute, we saw a store and He led me to pull in.
Not only did He show us an adorable swimsuit (that not only she wore that was one of the cutest but also her sister wore it the next year), but He also showed us what we’d been asking Him and looking for but couldn’t find. We found the bedding for the new bedroom she was going to share with her younger sister.
He did all that for us and He wants you to live this way, Laure, because He wants you and your boys to be blessed far more than I even do!!!!!!!
