Today I listened to a podcast by Anastasia in Colombia, recounting her experience reading the chapter on Her First Love from the book A Wise Woman, where she reminds us how important it is to act in each situation with the Love of our Beloved, with the premise that Choosing Him over anger is the best thing we can do to reflect Him and also remember that acting in this way is the right way to focus our service to Him.
It turns out that I remembered how a few weeks ago I found myself standing in a very long and late line at the bank to make a payment, and suddenly an older adult appears wanting to sit in front of me because for his understanding the line of elderly people was longer than the normal line, I felt a little uncomfortable but ended up giving in and giving up a place in front of me, however the people behind the line felt a little uncomfortable but I tried to make them understand that he was a vulnerable person who had a hard time standing his ground on your feet for a long time. For several minutes we exchanged words and when it was his turn he was able to do his paperwork without problems and when he left he turned to thank me for the help, for which he gave me a lot of tenderness.
When my turn came it turned out that I could not make my payment, because I had advanced the payment for that month, and I could no longer make an advance, so as a result, I lined up for nothing, I left very angry and while I was talking to my Beloved about why He allowed me to “waste time” that way I was two hours, He beautifully brought to my mind the grateful face of the elderly person whom I was able to help and of another elderly person whom I helped when his documents fell to the ground,
With that in mind I was able to realize that it was not a wasted time, but a certain time in which my Beloved managed to sow His Love and care in other people. He reminded me that there are times when HE is going to call us to be instruments of his love and care in this world; and then I could only feel his love in me, and a feeling of gratitude for allowing me to be used to lighten and brighten other people’s day with small gestures.

I could just see them going home telling everyone how there was this woman in the bank today that helped them so kindly and with love and how the seed was planted my dear Perla. What a beautiful praise of His love shining through you.
Yes it’s so true Perla a lot of the time we don’t understand and can get angry but when we stay close to Him He can help us understand how He wants to use us as His vessel of love and compassion for others 💓
