Struggling With Fully Letting Go

β™• Today's Promise: β€œ'For the LORD has called you, Like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, Even like a wife of one’s youth when she is rejected,’ Says your God… 'For your Husband is your Maker, Whose name is the LORD of hosts; and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel, Who is called the God of all the earth.’” Isaiah 54:6, 5

Dear Bride, Do you want to live a life that will give you joy and peace beyond your wildest imagination, then read β€œThe Abundant Life.” This lesson and I believe this course β€œWhat is the Abundant Life?”  is teaching me and will teach me that abundance comes not when we have everything, but when we think we have nothing. The truth is when we have the Lord, we don't need anything else. He is the Ruby and the jewels, everything else in our life is just noise.

I believe feeling so down and feeling alone. Especially after releasing my earthly husband. I have been struggling with fully letting go of him and reading this has shown me that as long as I have Him, I will be ok. No matter what happens!

Knowing that I can repeat and really believe that all I need and want is Him and everything else will be ok. I want to believe that. I want to experience that for myself. I don't want to just know scripture and recite it, I want to have intimacy with my Heavenly Husband. Not just for me but to please Him, like I would please my earthly husband. I believe it is what I have been wrestling with this entire weekend. I want to leave my earthly husband behind, I want to not be restored as hard as that is and only pursue a relationship with my Lord and Beloved.Β It seems almost supernatural and impossible but I know that it is very real as I have had glimmers of peace that have surpassed any kind of understanding. I want to pray for that intimacy and understanding.

Dear Brides,Β Read this chapter and ask for understanding. I am learning to that I only need him and him alone. I do not need anything else in my life. I only need my relationship with Him!

β€œ'For the LORD has called you, Like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, Even like a wife of one’s youth when she is rejected,’ Says your God… 'For your Husband is your Maker, Whose name is the LORD of hosts; and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel, Who is called the God of all the earth.’” Isaiah 54:6, 5

This scripture is so meaningful to me because I know he is my husband, I know he loves me and I must only be focused on him. I loved the story of the poor girl in India. She knew she would be ok because she had the Lord. She had it all! I want to have it all.
