[readivo] As I work each day, He led me to open the next Praise Report scheduled for Fridays and document what we've, He and I, got done. If I repeat myself, forgive me. If it's a bit messy, I hope you will forgive that too. As I believe I mentioned, my Husband instructed me to leave the comments open for 3 days, then close the comments. Rejection or being ignored is difficult for everyone, so keep this in mind because, after all, our hearts are to be Encouraging Wise Women!

We want to welcome ALL languages, so each picture or logo will hopefully, at some point, have the caption below, along with the link to navigate where you want to go. It takes a long time, especially working alone, but it's something we women love, don't we? Being a Workers@Home: Making the MOST of Your Time! And this is another very EXCITING update.
Besides not focusing on selling our books, but instead, giving the Book Course (see below) to those coming to purchase, Amazon has opened up several new features that are available to us in 13 Amazon locations around the world (they're all linked on this one book so far). Take a moment to click on the US, and you can listen to a "Virtual voice sample."

Each book that offers an AI voice reading the book needs to be edited so that the author's name sounds like the way it's actually pronounced.
Another new plugin I hope many languages are taking advantage of [plugins enhance and build more effective and efficient websites], means we can open each website and the Book Course Chapters and instantly translate them into 105 languages!! I said that I know, in an earlier post. Even our forms automatically translate to every language to fill out ONE form, and our volunteers work together to welcome new Members and Partners!! It's become difficult for everyone to understand and test it, which is why it's vitally important to stick close to Him and ask Him everything.
Another plugin only our volunteers will appreciate is File Bird, which organizes all our media: logos, book covers, and even user pictures. But we're still waiting to see if or which websites will be open to users to post blogs—the decision for HomeGrownChildren.com was made by our Creator! By changing the name, it created an issue even our host company wasn't able to fix (so far), regardless, it was something He'd spoken to us about, so we let go of trying to fix it and trust He'll show us how this is just more GOOD NEWS! It's still locked shut.

Every time I work on this website, I focus on it being "my Nineveh," which is funny because I know I've shared what "my Nineveh" means, but I can't find it anywhere on any of our websites
It simply refers to how Jonah didn't want to go help a certain nation, and it's the way I feel about dealing with the men. The only MEN I want to be around and encourage are my 4 sons and the husbands of my daughters. BUT when He does ask me to go—there's always huge blessings—most of what I do for them, I end up doing for the women, and it's always better than if I had started where I wanted to start. Maybe taking time to share this is worthless because no one commented last https://encouragingwomen.org/the-praise-report/ so I asked Him, and He said, "after A3 days closed the comments." Maybe more confirmation when He leads us to fully close the comments, which is something I posted last time.

What of the many things I learned from my trip to Nineveh this time was finding signatures again in my Gmail, "Thank You Darling" and while responding to a man (since there's no one else) He led me to add to the new Men's Signature the reply:

A Wise Man now has an older, wise woman, Virtual Voice, Voice #1 for American English, and is pronouncing my name correctly. And in Nineveh blessing style, it's how I discovered how to avoid the voice reading symbols to skip over! And note the NINE countries it's being sold in. Maybe a review would be a way to encourage MEN to find GOD and accept the Lord?

Not surprisingly, the new plugin is causing issues. "Steal, kill, destroy" to the point one language asked to "remain on this side of the Jordan" and keep their language website. Just now, HLM "He led me" to go fix a cover on Workers@Home Book Course page and test it in two languages. The first one, in French, didn't work, then HLM to test a second when I saw it "working" and it appears to be translated well—but what do I know hahaha?
Those of you who are blessed to be bilingual, why not visit each of the "Book Course" pages (see below, they're all listed)? Use the translator and see how well it does. Ask Him for His wisdom and get closer to your Father—while at the same time being an Encouraging Wise Woman! Then let that language know. Their home pages are easy to find.
Simply go to the website and add the 3 LNG, leaving them a comment that you kindly included the page you tested, and not only what was wrong, but what He said to make it right, potentially. You may also want to volunteer to help. *smile*

So PLEASE PRAY FOR our Ministry Volunteers who are watching the days click down to when their websites are being deleted and will soon find themselves homeless. In the past, as mothers do, I would have stepped in and done a lot of the heavy lifting. Thankfully, in my 70s and having my own grown children to learn what my Husband has me do and NOT do—though it's instinctive, I promised Him not to become entangled—leaving everyone to grow and rely on Him directly, not me or RMI.

Cleaning up yet another page to welcome all our guests coming from our 21 websites, He wisely led me to leave just ONE TNT and link it to the page, where there is still lots to clean up and add to.
Knowing we will be housing many languages, the links to all the LNGs are the first text box to go. Next is to translate it into one of the languages so I can see what THEY will see when they come to that webpage. This reveals whether the book covers "caption" is showing up, and if the "description" in our media "describes" and has the link to the page where that book course is.

Starting mid-April 2026, Kindle Enterprise Publishing print-on-demand will expand to five new European marketplaces: the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, and Ireland, in addition to Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
Review your catalog and unenroll ineligible titles. Kindle Enterprise Publishing requires territorial rights covering all nine EU marketplaces. This is an existing program requirement. It's been only WEEKS since I volunteered to take over NRP and KEP, and I am amazed at how fast everything is moving, aren't you?
