To KNOW that He “Has Me”

Jeremiah 15:19-21 “Therefore, thus says the LORD, ‘If you return, then I will restore you. Before Me you will stand; and if you extract the precious from the worthless, You will become My spokesperson. They for their part may turn to you, But as for you, you must NOT turn to them. Then I will make you to this people fortified wall of bronze; and though they fight against you, they will not prevail over you; for I am with you to save you and deliver you’, declares the LORD.”

As I am turning more and more toward the Lord in all things, I am becoming more and more contented! I have such peace inside and much happier. I am enjoying my life as it is today, not looking to either the future nor the past, but living in the moment.

Restoration is a Journey…. no matter where I started it is better each day. I no longer long for my FH. I am so filled with my HH that nothing else is important.

The wonderful thing about a journey is that you can make it what you want. It is all in the attitude and my attitude is great! This is now an adventure, each day a new start and like traveling it is also a new place everyday—some nicer than others but each one beautiful in its own way and definitely exciting!

I have seen that when I let go and give it ALL to God, then things begin to happen. Those things happen in me! It is the inside of me that has changed; I am different from when I started this journey. I have been remade, renewed and restored to my HH. I am the bride and I have a bride attitude—giddy with love for my Bridegroom! Excited for what the future will bring and I’m looking forward to facing each new day with hope.

I confess that I still need to let go of certain things in my life, things that I am learning to give completely to My Lord. Sometimes it is a challenge to not worry or fret about something, especially in the line of finances, it is getting much easier. For if I don’t let go and let God that definitely limits His ability to move on my behalf.

Because I have been walking and learning on this journey for a while I now have experience with my HH and have watched as He has taken care of me and supplied all of my needs. This makes it easier each time to sit back and wait on Him. He is always on time! My need gets met and I don’t have to waste any of my time or energy on worrying.

I am on a trip right now and have turned to my HH regularly since it started. Each time that there is a problem I go to Him for solutions. It is a family trip to my grandson’s graduation from basic training. A large group of my family has traveled to a state that’s a two-day drive from where we live and most of us are staying together in a large house. It has been a wonderful time for the family, lots of laughing and seeing the sites.

Still, it is a big city that we are not familiar with and we have had few “not sure where we parked the car incidents.” Each time I just stop and begin to ask my HH for help and I can hear Him whisper to me “I got you babe” and the car is found right away! Lots of things like that are happening; it is so wonderful to have a Husband who really takes care of everything perfectly.

I am trusting Him in and with everything…what a great feeling to KNOW that He “has me” and He is constantly providing me with people to share the truth and Good News. I am being sent a number of people (mostly from my church) in crisis looking for an answer! I am sharing the website and the books with them.
