Yvonne in Botswana’s Praise Report “My Daughter Chose to ask Him, her Father” regarding her kids having a relationship with the Lord has been really inspiring to me and laid on my heart a desire for my children to also come to know the Lord in an intimate way. In order for this to happen, I know that it depends on me and what I am teaching my children.
Deuteronomy 6:4-9 ESV “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. (5) You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. (6) And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. (7) You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. (8) You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. (9) You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
Let’s focus on verse 7 above “You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house,”
I want to Praise and thank my HH for the opportunity to talk of Him when I sat in my house since He has blessed me with the opportunity to be a Worker@Home working for RMI as the MET Minister helping women in crisis.
I was reading through a Praise Report and it was so uplifting and inspiring so I shared it with my daughter. She said “that’s awesome mum!” and told me about a similar situation that happened in school where she forgot a book at home and was scared she would get into trouble and that the teacher was strict but that she prayed and asked the Lord for help and what happened was that teacher ended up not coming to school that day so she ended up with a much less strict teacher that said it was fine that she did not have her book but to bring it the next day.
I was so happy that my HH Ied me to share this Praise Report with my daughter so that I would know that she is praying and trusting her Father in Heaven with her worries :):):)
I am trusting my HH and pray for His leading and guidance where my kids are concerned so that I am teaching them diligently in our home, that they can go to Him and ask Him anything as their Daddy in Heaven.
Pray with me: Lord, help and guide me and every mom reading this Praise Report to teach our children diligently in our homes, when we walk by the way, when we lie down and when we rise.

Teaching our children as mothers about the goodness of the Lord, that He is their Daddy in Heaven waiting lovingly to be gracious to them and to help them in any trial or problem they encounter. That they don't have to always come to us as parents as we are only human and don't always have the answers. But that they can Seek Him who has all the perfect answers and solutions that we don't always have as parents.
