β Today's Promise: βLet us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." Hebrews 10:23

Dear brides,
I want to share with you a wonderful testimony and thus give praise to our wonderful and Almighty God.
A few days ago, I was visited by a dear friend who lives with her husband outside Slovakia. This visit was even better than in the past, because she did not come alone, she also came with her beautiful daughter.
Beloved, this friend of mine has gone through a difficult journey with her husband. They longed for a child, and if I'm not mistaken, she has had about five miscarriages, at a relatively early stage. She also had an ectopic pregnancy, during which one ovary had to be removed. After several years of living abroad, they decided to live in Slovakia for some time. The reason was also the good availability of medical care and the financial costs associated with it (compared to the country where they lived), because they opted for artificial insemination. I have included them in my prayers because I know a few couples who are having trouble getting pregnant (including me and my now ex-husband) and I knew for myself that this is not the way to go, but I have given everything into His hands, let His will happen.
During these medical arbitrations, they found out that her husband had health problems that seriously made it difficult for my friend to have a child (DNA problems). It took some time for the doctors to prepare her for artificial insemination, and she became pregnant shortly before returning abroad. And then she miscarried again. It was devastating, but I remember how we talked and confessed that God is good, despite everything that has happened.
Well, our Beloved did not end here to show His intention and prove that He is faithful. A few months after they left abroad, they pleased us with the news that they were expecting a baby, in a natural way! Praise God! She carried a beautiful and healthy little girl, which we call a miracle from God! And shortly before they even wanted to start to deal with foster care, because they both really love children. I know I was not the only one who prayed for them, and when we learned this wonderful news, we all cried with joy, so much grace after those years of physical and mental suffering! Even now, when I think about it, I have tears in my eyes.
He allowed this suffering to be celebrated. How wonderful my Husband is, I give Him all praise and glory, He is above everything and every human endeavor.
