My Love. Oh how I love Thee. Let me count the ways. How wonderful is He? He’s too great to describe. This morning I wake up with a peace, joy, a smile on my face and a love song in my heart. I am just in awe of Him.
So many blessing! So many! The indescribable things He’s doing in me. The peace, the joy, the love that surpasses all understanding. I’ve been seeking more of Him. I started to fast and lean on Him more, speaking to Him more , just praising Him from my heart and most importantly just sitting with Him listening more. Oh to just be with Him, to be alone with Him, it’s the best thing I look forward to. To sneak off together and have moments alone with each other.
I don’t have to wonder what He’s thinking, I trust Him completely. I don’t have to wonder how He feels about me, I know He loves me no matter what. I don’t have to try to get Him to spend time with me, He always wants to be with me. I don’t have to try to make Him want to stay with me, He’s always right by my side. I don’t have to do or say anything, just be here with Him. He chooses me and I choose Him. That’s all there is to it. Then all the other pieces of my life just fall into place.
I am floating on His love, my dear brides, and I don’t ever want to come down. I just want to hold His handsome face in my hands and stare into the eyes of My Beloved forever. 💗
Wow, Ruby, thank you for sharing!!! Hahahaha, of course today would be the day that I am checking this blog for praises to post, because what you don’t know is that I love poems and this specific poem has always been my favourite poem. And when I got to know Him as my Heavenly Husband, this poem would come to mind so often and I would quote parts of it to Him because it just encapsulates that very deep and intimate love that is so difficult to put into words. Thank you for blessing me this morning. I want to share the part of the poem that I so often quote to my Heavenly Husband:
