Gratitude

β€œThis is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. John 15:12Β (NASB1995)

Dear Brides, Right now I am going through some difficult situations. But I have every reason to praise and thank Him for the blessings He gives me.

There have been new lawsuits filed after my father passed away, in these lawsuits it has become clear what the mental state of the suspect is and the 'professionals' have indicated that the suspect is in such a bad condition that he will never recover. The only thing that came to my heart is that nothing is impossible with Him. How wonderful it is that He can even turn the heart of this suspect and take away all his suffering. He made my heart fill with compassion for this man who had fallen into sin so much. He was told that there is no hope for healing, but there is! My Heavenly Husband told me to pray for Him! It is just amazing to experience that with Him nothing is impossible, even when high-minded people say that something will never be okay, the truth is that with Him NOTHING is impossible.

Last weekend my daughter had a panic attack because she was confronted with her father and his girlfriend. This was during a baptism service of a member of my ex-husband's family. His family saw how she panicked and were shocked. They stood around us to support us. It moved me so much, especially because I had indicated a long time ago that I would no longer come to their family's birthdays because I would be in my ex-husband's way and had to learn to let go. My Heavenly Man showed me this after there were discussions with my ex-husband at every birthday about the contact I had with his family. My ex-husband experienced so much pain that she accepted me but rejected him because of the choice he made. In addition, He also showed me that I had to distance myself because the bad things of my ex-husband were constantly being talked about and I was being pressured to make choices that were not according to the principles of His word. It hurt them when I indicated that I wanted to reduce contact

Because they saw my daughter's panic attack, I felt the compassion and love they had for us. I was so touched by it. The next evening, my ex-husband's father came by and said that she longed for us again and that the family misses us. He told me that he wanted me and the children back and that he wants to be a father to me now that I no longer have an earthly father. He asked me if I wanted to come back into the family app. The next sentence touched my heart. "Hanna, we know that you believe in the restoration of your marriage, then we can still keep in touch, then you belong to us." When he went back home, I wanted to make sure if it is my Heavenly Husband’s will to have contact with my ex-husband’s family again, I asked Him what He wanted me to do. He answered me with this scripture:

β€œBlessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9Β (NASB1995)

Dear Brides, He is showing me that I need to be the peacemaker. He has prepared me to restore the relationships again. I must also honestly say that she condemned my behavior towards my ex-husband again because they just think I am too nice to him, and she told me again that I need to make another choice. That caused turmoil in my heart again. But despite that, He is asking me to restore the relationships. All I need is His help and guidance to deal with condemnation and to remain steadfast to follow His principles despite condemnation from people. I need to love others as He loves me.

I want to encourage you to take the Restore Your Relationships course and learn that He is the only one who can restore relationships in His time and in His way!!

  1. Indeed Hanna blessed are the peacemakers πŸ€— l was also condemned for handling things differently to way the world believes, being too forgiving… especially where family is concerned but l had so much more peace in following the principles πŸ™πŸΌ

He will guide you as you stay close to Him and ask Him each time you are unsure of how to handle a situation. You are doing great! 😁

Also Gods word does say we must pray for our enemies. l know that He is busy working in your situation and that He will do so many wonderful things πŸ’–
