"Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." I40:30-31
This parts in Living Lesson 89 "Superheroes Using Superpowers" stood out for me:
So, being asked to wait, which we see clearly throughout the Bible, and as a matter of fact, He says it 154 times, means we can conclude itβs important to understand waiting as another hidden treasure, a living lesson to learn. I believe we need not just to understand waiting a bit more but possibly, quite probably, embrace its truth much more.
It's because waiting is, in fact, power, a superpower that, when unleashed, allows your Father, God, to show Himself and what He can do at unimaginable speed and an unbelievable level of blessings once the period of waiting has been accomplished.
It's amazing how our Precious Darling Lord is again using one of the Living Lessons to talk to me and may I add it is no coincidence!
For weeks on end I have felt so incredibly tired, because I come home later and it feels as if there is just not enough time. I had asked my Darling Lord if I can please move back to the area where I previously lived (because it is closer to my child's school and the traffic is much more quieter from where I am currently living) and reading Living Lesson 89 again it is just again a reminder that my precious Darling Lord wants me to develop the superpower of WAITING - WAITING ON HIM, because He knows what He is doing.
So precious woman I want to encourage you to join me in developing our super power of waiting and remember we can't do it without His help, because He is our Strength and will help us to develop the superpower of waiting, WAITING ON HIM!
amen it is a superpower! I pray that each of us truly understands more and more all the there is in the place of waiting! agreeing with you in prayer, and praising Him for what He’s going to do!
Thank you precious Rasa, I am also praising our Darling Lord for what He is going to do, because one of these days we will be back with praise reports on how we got the superpower of waiting, all to His glory.
Wow thanks so much Janine waiting must definitely be a superhuman power because l have been waiting and l am still waiting and each time l believe that He is going to open the door and we will be able to move to our new home its not His plan… and then last night He shows us a glimpse of yet another beautiful home that we will view this weekend that fits all we need. So now again we are waiting to see if this is His plan for us.
The waiting is not easy so thank you for sharing this lesson l am definitely going to read it for some much needed encouragement πππΌβ£οΈ
Thank you for sharing precious Atarah. I am also waiting to see what our Darling Lord’s plan is for us, but I just know it is going to be good. I remember mentioning last that I asked my Darling to move and that our water and lights are so high this side and that I have to drive so far, but it is incredible how He is providing and our water and lights are a whole R800 cheaper and that is for sure Him.
I know what you mean, waiting isn’t always easy, but sitting here now I am thinking I love what He does, because He just gave me this calmness, that is from Him, because I know our testimonies are on the way.
Love this! Waiting can be tough, but it’s also a way of showing how much we trust Him. I’m right there with you, waiting on Him too! πβ€οΈ
Thank you for sharing precious Hope, I just know He is working behind the scenes, so our wait is going to be worth it.
