SS 16 “Salvation Shorts” – “Final Hour Salvation”

I had tears running down my when I read this salvation story. Yes it is sad, but so beautiful that Jerry gave his heart to the Lord.

I reminds me of my mother's brother. He loved to drink and was a atheist and although his mother (my grandmother) and his sister (my mother) tried to talk to him about the Lord, he would say terrible things. I remember as child he seemed very cross at the Lord. He had resigned and put all his retirement money into a bar, and he eventually lost all his money. He would once in a while contact my mum, but later stopped and when his mother (my grandmother) passed away he was no where to be found. It was first after he had passed away that a man contacted my mum and told her that he lived in his car and that same man always took him food. The man had told my mum there was no back window in the car and that is when he got very sick and passed away. It was very sad to think that he passed away that way, but the man had also told my mum that her brother had given his heart to the Lord.
