Awkward at First but I’m Getting it

Dear Brides: I have always been stubborn. Sometimes I fall into that mentality, thinking, and have to repent and renew my mind with the word of God. The Lords longs to be gracious to you and to me. He longs to give us the abundant life he died for.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

I have struggled with handling my own problems my way. We live in the microwave days where everything is done quickly, in the now moment. I am learning through Chapter 5 "Hopelessly In Need of Him" (in the Poverty Mentality Course) to cast my burden to my Beloved Husband who loves me so much. Who died for me so I can live an abundant life. No one can ever compare to my Beloved. He is all that I want and all that I will ever need. The Lord taught me to rely on him for every detail in my life. The word is renewing my mind with his promises. Before I lived a life of flesh and my own ideas and promises. The more I spend time with the Lord and his word, my faith grows as well as my trust in the one who will never leave me nor forsake me. My Beloved is also teaching me to be patient. He is an on time God and his ways are always perfect.

Isaiah 55:8-13 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord”.

Hebrews 13:5 “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”.

Have you struggled to try to handle things your way and need to surrender? Let’s pray: My Beloved Lord: Thank you for loving me and never leaving me. I ask that you continue to change me, mold me and refine me to be the women you created me to be. I look forward to spending time with you and fellowshipping with you and casting my care to you. It was awkward at first but I'm getting it. You are my Beloved and I am yours. Nothing can ever separate me from your love. Romans 8:38-39 says; “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

Let's give it all to the Lord before calamity strikes. Surrender every aspect of your life so the Lord can help you. Put your entire trust in your Beloved Husband. Nothing is impossible with him. He owns everything and can provide according to his riches in glory.

Dear Brides: This Chapter 5 "Hopelessly In Need of Him", taught me that we are all hopelessly in need of our HH. It taught me to rely on our Lord for every need in our life. Let's not be stubborn, ignorant or foolish.

Deuteronomy 9:6 says “Know, therefore, that the Lord your God is not giving you this good land to possess because of your righteousness, for you are a stubborn people”.

The Lord provides because that is who He is. He wants us to live a life of abundance. He died for you and for me so we can have that life. Let's repent, surrender and allow the Lord to be the Lord in our life. There is no other person that can replace his love. No one.

This book is amazing. It is based on the word of God and principles to get us where we need to be. To renew our minds and refine us. To have an intimate relationship with our beloved HH. The one that can love us unconditionally and never abandon us. What better love.
