In one of the chapters I read the author say to pray and tell The Lord that I want to be closer to Him than anyone who walked the face of the earth. Although I would love that, I was afraid to ask Him for this. I was afraid of what that would mean.
The first thing I thought was—no restoration. I thought of our children. Then I started to think—no family or friends. Then I started to picture myself living as a nun or living the life of someone who has left everyone and everything behind and lives alone. As you can see, fear and sadness of the unknown, or even the lies, set in.
I did feel in my heart to pray to be closer to My Love everyday. I also expressed my love and desire for Him and kept asking to remove anything and anyone that stands in the way of our relationship becoming more intimate.
Today I truly feel different!! Hallelujah!! \o/
My Love, I want to be closer to You than anyone that has walked the face of the earth!! I want to hear You, feel You, see You, know You and love You!! This is all I want in my heart and soul, in my mind and for my life.
Years ago, I just loved this song and I wanted a love so great that I could say, or sing, these words and mean every word of it. Now I have found this kind of love with My True Love, My Loving Husband. His Love is so Great, It’s unconditional and He Loves me intentionally. Not only do I feel His love for me and how great it is, but my love for Him also continues to grow into a love that is stronger and more passionate. A Love I never knew existed!! An Endless Love!!

At first, I had a little trouble and didn’t know what I felt about “the fool” part. Nobody wants to be a fool and I was sure My Love would not want me to be a fool. But having a Love like His, I am willing to follow Him wherever He leads me. If anyone thinks I’m a fool that’s okay with me. The world may think I’m a fool. I am not a fool to My Faithful Husband and that’s all that matters to me. It does not matter what anyone else thinks of me. It only matters what My Love thinks about me. I only want to please Him and nobody else. This is such a change in me because I was such a people pleaser in the past.
But now, My True Love is the Only One that matters to me. He is My Priority, First in my heart.
