An Anonymous Letter

Hello, by the grace of God I've experienced a RESTORED Marriage and I'm helping Yvonne as another Afrikaans minister. And though I haven’t written a praise report for quite a while, I spoke to my dear HH about my desire to write one, well doesn’t our dear HH work in mysterious ways?

I received the following letter:
Hi Atarah,
I regret writing you an anonymous letter but felt the situation has gotten so out of hand that I cannot keep quiet any longer and do not want to get involved so this is an anonymous letter and for that I apologise.

I am just very concerned with the complete disrespect and disregard [my EH's name] is showing to you and all of us here—actively having a relationship with [a woman's name]. They are constantly sneaking off at lunchtimes leaving separately and making a mockery of his marriage to you. The amount of people who know is increasing daily and they become more and more cavalier in their actions.

I truly hope you already know about this and that this is not the way you are finding out, because I would hate to be the cause of your breakup, but thought I would write to you to ask you to please ask him to “tone it down” if you are on board with it, or if you are not to make sure you are aware of it. It is making a lot of us uncomfortable in the department having to see someone openly and blatantly cheating on his wife where she is sitting the opposite side of the floor.

There are lots of people who know, who you may approach you including [listing people I worked with] to name a few.
Yours faithfully,
Concerned Employee

Sounds bad hey?

So was I concerned? Did this letter worry me?

Did I contact the list of names?
No, I did not!!!

I have the most awesome, amazing, wonderful, kind, caring and faithful HH!!!
I went and told my HH about this letter and knew that He would fight my battles for me because his word tells me “some trust in chariots and some trust in horses but we believe in the name of the Lord our God”!!

When God restores he seriously does a good job... God restored my marriage in 2014. Getting a letter like this does not phase me because of all that I have learnt and am still learning through this ministry and of course most of all working on the intimacy of my relationship with my groom... my HH.

To break it down, my EH did approach me when rumours 1st started flying around about this “supposed” relationship with his colleague to warn me and I did believe him and I still believe him, even if I am wrong....
This is due to the value of reading and the “How God Can & Will Restore Your Marriage” and “Wise Woman” books because I learnt scriptures that taught the truth! Love “bears all things, love believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails” (1 Cor. 13:7–8).

Ladies, you are at the best place if you are a part of this ministry. Take all they have to offer, books, lessons, video’s – it is an investment into your life!

I do not fear, I do not stress, I do not worry because He is All I need, All I want and All I live for!

Psalm 20:7
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

My trust is in God, not some letter someone writes me.

"Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you."

He has never forsaken me, He is truth, His word is truth & forever mine!

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

I have learnt to live a life of obedience and submit-able and humbled to Him and it has been the best decision I have ever made!

Tomorrow there is more to read afterAtarah submitted more about what God and her HH brought her through. But first...

Do you want to PRAISE Him for how He's shown you were able to trust Your HH? Aren't you thankful that Atarah shared this with you an Encouraging Woman?

Remember, Matthew 7:13-14 tells us to “Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it.”

And Psalm 100:4 tells us HOW to Enter— “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name.”

Be sure to submit a Praise Report today and enter through that narrow gate few ever find!
