My Love has been so good to me healing my heart and taking my pain away. I just want to praise Him for His goodness.
Sweet brides, before coming to RMI and reading RYM (Restore Your Marriage), I made my EH (earthly husband) and myself meet with a divorce mediator. My husband was leaving and I was following the ways of the world. During the meeting I asked EH (earthly husband) for half of his business. This is not something I wanted to do but someone I trust suggested I demand half his business and, like a fool, I did. EH (earthly husband) obviously said no and I stopped fighting it.
For 2 years I worked on his business instead of working for my own so that our household would have all the needs covered. At that time I was thinking of the good for our family and not my financial growth. When EH (earthly husband) announced he was leaving, he said he would provide for us but at the moment he couldn’t afford it. My Love is so good that He has financially blessed EH so he will continue to provide for us.
Since EH (earthly husband) left, his business has grown substantially and at first it was painful to see HH (Heavenly Husband) bless EH. I hadn’t understood that it was meant for my good. With each new achievement of my EH and his business, I felt pain and more rejection since he believes he’s accomplished this on his own and won’t recognize my work and effort. It’s been a lot of months of watching him grow in his business and be recognized. Each month it’s gotten easier for me and less painful. My Love is so faithful that this month I even prayed HH (Heavenly Husband) would allow EH to reach his goal if it was His will. Yesterday, EH reached the goal and I feel excited for him! I feel no pain and I’m happy for EH. I’m thankful HH has allowed him to get everything he wanted. I believe this will lead EH closer to HH, which is the most important thing.
Brides, I encourage you to give your pain and burdens to Him. He is the only one who can do something about it. He will heal your pain and restore your heart. Trust Him. He is faithful.
