I’ve been thinking for a few days that was time to write another PR since my HH and HF are being so great with me.
I had to move a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t felt happier in this “new” home. It’s smaller, not located in a nice neighborhood (in the eyes of the world), and I don’t have some luxuries I had before, therefore the peace and happiness in this place is endless!
Moving to a smaller place gave me the opportunity to give away clothes and shoes I don’t need to some people that really need them. With this move, HH gave me the opportunity to work from home which also gave me the opportunity to fast as many days and times I want – or He leads me to. Fasting that started with a lot of pain and pity of myself and ended up with joy and gratitude. I have been fasting a lot and I can only think of HH and sing praise songs while doing it – I tell Him that fasting is now not a sacrifice but it’s my way to thank Him and show Him gratitude for all He has done, He is doing and He will do for my life. I love my Lord!
I love Him for showing me that life with Him is better. I love Him for not let me worry about the future because He knows what is best for me. I love Him for being the Husband I always wanted to have.
This week I also started highlighting new messages in my Bible – messages that tell me How God is good and faithful to His people – not messages about pain or restoration but messages of Love – Love I have for Him. I can’t stop thinking about Him or Praise Him…
“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.” (Lamentations 3:22-25)
“O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee.” (Psalm 16:2)
“I will bless the Lord, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.” (Psalm 16:7)
“I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.” (Psalm 18:1)
“Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.” (Psalm 18:49) Β
“Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding” (Psalms 47:6-7)
“Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised… Psalms 50:7 ” … I am God, even thy God.” (Psalms 48:1)
“Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.” (Psalms 63:4)
