I just feel this immense desire to PRAISE my HH! He has ALWAYS been good to me and continues to be good to me as I seek Him.
I have been doing the Workers @ Home course and it has been such a blessing in my life! I have started decluttering and cleaning cupboards in my home. There was a time not so long ago when I was feeling very, very frustrated with the condition of my cupboards at home due to being a full-time employee (I’m trusting my HH to have more time at home and with my kids). I do have a maid (hired-help) who comes in on a Saturday and mainly does my ironing. But due to time, it was not possible to get to really deep cleaning like decluttering. I remember one morning lying on my daughter’s bed and just crying out to my HH about what a state my home and cupboards were in! I tell you I was very frustrated to the point I felt like crying, I think I was on the verge!
I’m sure that was when my dear HH put the Workers @ Home book on my heart and since I started reading it (I have only read a couple of chapters) things started changing as I learnt to seek God about the mundane tasks like cleaning & decluttering cupboards in my home and some of those cupboards were in quite a mess… They are much cleaner and I am much happier 🙂
I pray asking my HH for wisdom before I start cleaning a cupboard or a drawer and my HH has given me wisdom on how to go about cleaning or resetting it and it has become much easier to keep clean as I seek my HH on what to keep and what to give-away, now there is more space. I used to get so irritated with my EH cupboards, now I neaten it up regularly and quickly without becoming frustrated 🙂
My EH has a bedroom in our home where he does all his hobbies and keeps even his tools etc. This room has been a misery for me for so long and I was told on numerous occasions to not go in there and clean or move things (You ladies I’m sure know about this hey). Well this room got to a place where it was such a mess anyway that I wouldn’t even try venturing in… I just decided to trust God about it and respect my EH…. Well yesterday evening my EH had no choice but to clean it and may I say he did a really good job of it too! He had to clean it as we are having a visitor stay over, that bedroom houses our spare bed.
My dear HH is so good he knew this bedroom would have to be cleaned 🙂 🙂
Then I started even seeking the Lord about things that would go missing (little things) like my sons one shoe, or a library dvd that went missing or an eye-pencil and eye-shadow compact which I normally keep in my bag and was not there anymore. Well let me just say that each of these items was found!
I just want to encourage all you beautiful brides to seek our dear HH even about the minor mundane things… And see what He will do 🙂

When I delight myself, have communion, with the Lord he will give me the desires of my heart. When I speak to Him and tell him all about what I need to do or what I need, He will help me achieve it and bless me with His best.
