Dear partners, I want to first thank God and you for this ministry and for the precious disposition that you have placed in your hearts to share what the Lord has done in your lives, to fill us with courage and hope, although probably many times (like me now) They felt that they did not have what it takes to encourage, just as they did, out of obedience, out of love for God and for their neighbor, Thank you! May the Lord reward you greatly for your altruistic actions. That in the same way that they have sown with joy they can reap, that they receive "good measure, pressed, shaken and overflowing", I thank the Lord for their hearts ready to share the good news, hope and their testimonies, thank you for showing solidarity with us and for wanting to help. May the Lord prosper you in everything and make His face shine on each one of you, may He bless you abundantly and continue to use you.
The book and course have been a huge blessing for me, I think that one of the most valuable aspects of the book is that it represents a practical guide that guides you on what to do and what not to do based on the word of God, sometimes we want to act, we know that the best thing for us and our situation is to seek and obey the Lord but we do not know how to do it or where to start, through the book you find a way to start and you know that it is the right one because it is strictly based on the Word of God and it is written by someone who has already faced the "valley of the shadow of death" and knows what you are feeling. As you read each lesson you will feel confronted, hopeful, and loved.
In this last month I have been able to see what great power to encourage there is through the testimonies. It is beautiful to see how the Lord works in situations that seemed impossible, how He gives peace, comfort and joy to each woman and accompanies her as she crosses the valley. I highly recommend reading the testimonies to every woman who wants to feel hopeful and that every time you feel doubts or your spirits drop, seek the Lord in prayer and then go to read a testimony, there you can find encouragement through the words of so many women who like us have failed God, we have failed in the fulfillment of the principles, sometimes we have doubted but after repentance they remained firm in their faith and God in his mercy rewarded them not only with a restored marriage, but also He did something even more precious, he became her Heavenly Husband, we can believe that just as the Lord transformed their lives, healed them, washed them, molded them and raised them, the same way He will do with each one of us. The testimonies have been very useful to me, I have been able to identify with many of them and I have felt less alone. It is very valuable that those who have already gone through the fire of the test can tell us, trust, you will go through there and you will be fine. Through their testimonies we can see that nothing is impossible for God and that a close relationship with Him is the greatest reward for our trial.
When I found RMI I was desperate for my situation, the philosophy of the world, his perspective of self-love had gained a lot of ground in my mind, I thought that the best thing for me was to distance myself from my earthly husband and it was hard for me to see and recognize my own mistakes, too. It was very difficult for me to really see who my enemy is, who is the enemy and not my earthly husband, I spent leisure time thinking about what my life would be like if I divorced instead of spending time meditating on His word, through a study of the book of Mark. I understood that the Lord does not agree with the divorce and then here at RMI I knew that not only does He not approve but that He hates it, here at RMI I have been confused and also encouraged and hopeful and not only with the restoration of my relationship with my earthly husband that I know is important, the most precious thing I have found here is the hope of having a close and intimate relationship with the Lord. Through the testimonies now I have the certainty that it will also be possible for me with to see Him as my Heavenly Husband has always been a longing but I did not know how to do it, where to start and the course, the encourager, the devotionals and the testimonies have served as a reference.
On the other hand, I came to the RMI website out of curiosity, I had read on an Instagram account that the woman administrator of the account, whose marriage was restored, had relied on RMI courses but I thought that these were paid and in that at the moment I regretted because I have no way to pay for them since I am economically dependent but I saw that she recommended the devotionals "My Beloved" and "Streams in the desert" and I entered the website to look for them to see if I could download them and glory to the Lord I discovered that The courses were free, immediately fill out myMarriage Encouragement Questionnaire and start course 1. It has taken me longer than I wanted to start course 2, but as I said I am financially dependent and I have been looking for the means to complete this lesson (Day 29) and to be able to contribute financially so that another woman can also start her journey of restoration and transformation. Thanks to the people who sow with joy and share the love of the Lord, thanks to you RMI members for blessing my life, may the Lord multiply you.
My Beloved Lord, I want to thank you from the depths of my being that in your mercy you brought me to this ministry, I had to be taken to the most miserable point of my life to then desperately seek a light, a guide, to truly seek you, Thank You for what you have taught me so far, because you have accompanied, comforted and encouraged me. Thank You for drawing near to You, this verse has reached my heart "How blessed is he whom you choose, and draw near to You, so that he may dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the good of Your house, your holy temple." Psalm 65: 4 NASB. You chose me and brought me closer to You, You have made me blessed, thank You Lord for not allowing me to continue letting the days pass uselessly, without looking for You and wasting my time.
Thank You, now I know that all this was a way to shake my life because you really want me to start enjoying the abundant life that You have for me. It has been difficult but I know that You are with me Lord and that You will not let me go, You want to bless me and love me and I want to obey, praise You and walk in your will, I do not want anything away from You my Lord, take control and take the center of my life If I have You, I have everything. Thank You Father, thank You Lord, thank You Beloved, thank You Heavenly Husband, bless You forever for Your wonders, Your goodness and Your justice.
