Since I'm taking Course 3: Rebuilding Wisdom and I just want to praise the Lord for providing a beautiful home for us to live in. I'm currently separated from my husband and the lease on our home was coming to an end, so we started to look for a smaller home to live in since he has moved out. I was a bit sad, since I Ioved our current home, and did not really want to downsize. I brought my concerns to the Lord, and though I had been searching myself for a place, I did not find one I liked within our budget.
It was three and a half weeks before the end of our lease when my husband texted me and said he was putting an application in on this home. I had seen this particular home online, but did not make any inquiries as I thought it was too large for us and not in our budget. My husband, being a realtor, said he would negotiate the lease to what we are already paying. I simply agreed, and followed the principle in these WW lessons, and thanked God that if this was the home He wanted for us to I've in, it would be.
God was so good and made a way. This home is bigger, and In a prestigious area in our city. I just want to thank God who always does exceedingly above all we could ask or think. I rested in Him in providing the right home for us and not panic, as our lease date was coming to an end, and He did it all for me including providing the movers, and handymen to get us settled in. God is so awesome. I was worried that since my husband had always did all the fixing and was very handy around the house, that I worried that who was going to do all the work, now that we are separated. But God was so good and always brought us the right people to move furniture around or fix the things that needed fixing. Ladies, continue to trust in Him for all your needs!
Ephesians 3:20 NIV "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,"
God knew in my heart, I did not want to live in a smaller home, and move to an undesirable area, that's when He did exceed all my expectations when we moved to our home. Now every time I drive down our beautiful tree lined streets, I am constantly grateful for His goodness in my life. He is with me always, even during the storms of my life.
