I have to admit I struggled for a very long time to let go of my spouse and even my son that didn't want to live with me, actually everything in my life, including my finances. I guess I was afraid if I let go that I would lose them forever or maybe holding on allowed me to feel in control. It was only much later when I let go, that there was a change in my life.
If I only knew how freeing it was to let go, I would have let go into the hands of our precious Beloved Lord, but now I can tell you precious woman, letting go is incredibly freeing. I know if we let go we show our precious Beloved Lord that we trust Him completely.
So precious woman I want to encourage you to really trust our precious Beloved Lord, He knows what He is doing and He wants all your attention and besides that, He deserves all our attention. This lesson is really a must read precious Kateleen. Just yesterday I said to a bride, the moment we say Your will Lord regarding our spouses, we really trust our Darling Lord, because He does know what is best.
Thank you for sharing Janine, as I read I was reminded how freed I felt when i let go of my spouse and all that had to do with Him, but I noticed i have started to hold on to other things again, and as much as we know we should leave all to Him we still as human tend to hold on, so you testimony just reminded me to let go again so I can feel that complete peace that I only feel in Him.

Thank you for sharing precious Jewel, I agree with you that you are going to let go again (“I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you.’ M18:19 – https://biblehub.com/matthew/18-19.htm ) because yes it is so freeing and yes to feel our Darling Lord’s complete peace.
I also have to admit, I sometimes get worried about my elder son’s life and some choices he makes, but I do trust my Darling Lord for His will in his life and that His will is really the best, so I am also letting go now.
Janine..thank you for reminding me of this lesson, I was able to read it again and how important it is to let go. I confess that it has been difficult for me to let go, but it is a process that my EC is working on and every day I ask Him to be the one who takes First place.
It just shows us apart from our Darling Lord we can do nothing precious Liza. I see in my own life I need His help to help me let go of everything.

For me too precious Atarah and yes it is really a very valuable principle. And I had to look at what I still was holding on to and I also came to the realization I can only let go with my Darling Lord’s help.
