| Not in a relationship. He cheated at the beginning of dating. He lied about everything even little stupid things that didn't matter. We were working on building trust back and he pulled away, went into anxiety and depression. Told me to leave cause he couldn't take the guilt. Said he couldn't be who I needed and didn't know if he ever could be. When I didnt leave and wanted to support him through his struggles he got hurtful with his actions and words and very disrespectful. All the private things I shared he used against me until I left. He blames me for it all and we haven't spoken in over a year.
I have been in therapy for past traumas and communication and fear of abandonment for a year now. Feeling safe and trying to create a safe space. |
