Dear Brides - This Chapter 8 "Who Are You Listening To?" is another reminder of how important it is to go to your HH in all things. He defines us, not our husbands, or any other person. It is through HIS love that we really see how desired and loved we are..!
This lesson "Who Are You Listening To?" is so important to me because it (again) reminds me of the importance of keeping my mouth shut!...even when something good happens with my family. I finally passed my 1st test a few days ago and I told the LORD I was so happy that I finally did it! I didn't call or text anyone - the blessing came from the Lord and remained in my heart.
Praise be to HIM, and HIM alone. I have never meditated so much on His Word and HIM. It is so wonderful, and although I still feel pain here and there, it miraculously has disappeared for the most part. I ask the Lord to bring women into my life that I can encourage and pray for. The Lord's principles work perfectly. If I need encouragement or faith, I give away what I have. It blesses me so very much.
I've had a few encouraging messages from EH, and I know it's my wonderful Lord encouraging me. However, instead of being so happy and thankful (which I am), my heart began to hurt because it made me wish that things would move along faster. Please know that I WANT only the Lord's timing and have prayed countless times for me to not get in the way. I feel like any stupid movement NOT lead by the Lord would set me back. I only want what HE wants, and I have promised my HH that He will NEVER fall into 2nd place ever again. The way I deal with struggle (this or any other) is to just focus on praising HIM.
By keeping my focus on the LORD and going to Him for counsel 1st and foremost, instead of my prayer partner. I know when I do the right thing, He will bless me and He already knows how much I want to hear the quiet small voice.
Let us pray: Dear Lord, I long to draw closer and closer to you. I want to actively hear your voice throughout my day. I need your counsel, your protection, your Word, your LOVE. I long for your perfect peace and joy, regardless of my circumstances.
Dear Brides - I learned that the LORD defines us and gives us every opportunity to get closer to him so that he can guide us through every moment of our lives. He is and will always be so faithful!!
This book Finding the Abundant Life is a spiritual treasure of how to live life. With the LORD, you cannot lose. He is waiting to be your everything and give you JOY undefined!!

I do believe this and have been asking the Lord to give back 7x what the enemy has stolen from me and my family. I BELIEVE this with all my heart if my focus is first on HIM and HIM only.
