My Idea Did Not Work

โ˜Š PRAISE from Poppy

Dear Brides,
One of the biggest mountains most of us face in our journey is the financial trials. For many years I was careful enough to spend the money I earned in a wise way so I did not get in troubles, but this changed a lot while my journey started. I often repeated in my mind, oh no, I can not afford this or this is too expensive for me to buy now, probably I wonยดt need it.

The years have passed and thanks to the Poverty Mentality book I read, I try to apply the principles about the Lord wanting us to have always the best of the best as He is my provider and takes care of every single detail.

Some weeks ago I went through a test that caused me some anxiety for a few minutes. I had a desktop computer at home that I used for work and although it was outdated, it was enough for my tasks. This computer had the ID of my EH (earthly husband) and I was careful enough to not close the session for many years so I could continue working.

One of the programs sent a message saying that it wouldn't continue working anymore unless I upgraded the system that for obvious reasons I could not do it. An idea crossed my mind about closing the session and opening with my ID in order to update it.

But as the plans of the Lord are higher than ours, my idea did not work, I was completely out of the files an unable to sign in again. I tried not to panic because I lost all my information and I did not want to contact my EH (earthly husband) to get the password. The computer was outdated so why would I wanted to get access to something I wouldn't be able to updated. Instead the Lord put in my heart the desire of searching online for a new computer.

Wow, prices were high and I of course did not have the money right away to pay for it cash. The Lord reminded me about the Poverty Mentality and walk in faith, trusting Him.

I found the computer online, went to a store close home and to my surprise the computer was not available only under request but when I ask if installments were available, they were but not with the card I had. I went to another store and same reply, so the Lord asked me to go back home and check again online.

I obeyed, when back home, checked online and the computer was available to deliver in 2 days but the most amazing was that the only payment option available was using installments of the card I had.

I was jumping in excitement, the Lord did it one more time for me. He blessed me from no where with a new computer, that I could syncronize with my phone and laptop to have the perfect workstation in order to continue serving Him.

I am sure now that He made me go through that test just to bless me hugely. In the past I would never have taken that step of faith thinking that it would be irresponsible from my side due to all the bills I need to pay, however, recognizing that He wants the best for all his children and specially His Brides, I am freer of the poverty mentality. I am trusting Him.

Are you related with fear and guilty of your finances? I would like to invite you to go through this Book of Poverty Mentality to learn how to experience His love, His power and His abundance.
