Out Of My Worst Times Came Our Best Times

"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." R8:28

After reading Living Lesson 64 β€œβ€˜Worst’ Times are the Best” my Darling Husband reminded me of when I got divorced years ago. I couldn't afford to buy my son expensive gifts and he got what he wanted from his dad and the other women, so I wanted to teach him to give, so we would rap coloring books and pencils and on our way from South Africa to Swaziland (to visit my parents), my son had to look for kids next to the road and give them the gifts. It was priceless to see how children that had the minimum appreciated the gifts. Those were some of the best times.

Although my son later chose to go and live with his dad (please listen how the Lord restored our relationship), he would later tell his younger brother that he will never allow him to go and live with his dad because he must have stayed with me and he remembers the years with me as some of his best years and that precious brides is all our Darling Lord working it together for the good.

And it was also a time I saw the biggest miracles, like when I took my car into the garage and the garage said it was not possible that I was driving with the car, because there was a fault in the engine and according to them if there is that fault the car would not be able to drive, but I did drive and very far also, because I went to visit my parents regularly with that same car. Or when I tried to put my smiling baby right in his baby chair, while I was driving (I have to admit that was very stupid), but the next moment I bumped the car in front of me. We stopped and of course other cars stopped too because it was a very loud bump. When I went to look at the damage there was no no no damage. The poor driver of the other car was in so much shock and said how is that possibleπŸ˜‚ I was so excited and said it is possible because there were Angels between us, so go and tell the whole world what just happened. Again he said but how is that possible that there is not a mark on the carsπŸ˜‚ My happy baby was still in his car seat smiling all the wayπŸ˜‚

Dear precious bride please remember all things will work together for the GOOD, because you love our precious Lord and because you are called according to His purpose and you trust His purpose. I am excited to hear how the best times also came out of your worst times.

  1. I agree dear Janine, during the worst time of my journey, right before and right after the divorce, I saw the most miracles. Looking back it was an amazing time, despite the situation and circumstances. Although I had “nothing”, I had everything because I had Him.

    1. Yes precious Adina, isn’t it wonderful that we have everything because we have our Darling Lord!

  2. How precious that He takes out hardest times and makes so many wonderful things manifest! Thank you for the encouragement!

    1. Yes precious Rasa it is so wonderful that our Darling Lord causes everything to work out for the good.

  3. We just keep experiencing that in our family. Each tine we face something that feels impossible to bear, our Beloved show us how powerful and loving He is. We must praise and share because there are miracles happening to us in our deepest fears, sorrows and pains. Last Friday the twins prayed so powerful and their Heavenly Father answered that prayer in hours. Now they can’t stop sharing how they were heard and their huge miracle happened.
Praise Him that those moments are use to build our faith and keep walking πŸ™Œ
