Today I wanted to write about how my Beloved gave me another love song when I least expected it. So i was sitting and working on the computer and I had the TV going in the background but really wasn't paying much attention to it. There was a singing competition that I like to watch on that evening and so I had it on so that I could hear the music softly.
As I was working, a group came out and started singing this song that had a soft, sweet melody and the song suddenly caught my attention. I looked up at the TV as the song started and I began to pay attention to the song and the words and I just got filled with so much emotion and love and right away I thought of my Heavenly Husband. The song is secular but was so heartwarming and it spoke about loving someone and putting them first and them just holding you close and "moving" only when they move.
I have to admit that the alignment in my life was all wrong before. I didn't have the Lord first and I don't even think I had my FH (former husband) in that place either. It was all about what I wanted and my dreams and what I thought was important but I was never really happy. Now I can say that my life is transforming to be aligned to how God wants it to be and that just shows how much He loves me. God loves you just as you are, but He also loves you enough to not let you stay how you are. He wants to see you grow and change for the better. He sent His son to die for your sins so this would be possible. When you receive Godโs forgiveness and accept Godโs help, you can begin to work toward positive, lasting change.
So anyways, immediately I knew it was a love song for my Heavenly Husband and I. Now every time I listen to it, I can see us singing it to each other. Some lines He sings to me and some lines I sing to Him.
