I said to myself I cannot let it pass without telling the Lord and the world that He is good. I’m seeing all the things He is doing and want to thank Him and really praise His goodness and faithfulness. For His word is just true, and He honors his word. There are many things to praise, but one of them is like a turning point! I think is that I just noticed yesterday that my husband has put back his wedding ring.
As a quick reminder, my EH told me he was divorcing in August. I met RMI, blessed be this ministry forever and ever in the name of Jesus. He changed his mind in November. But I still didn’t say a word and even if I failed to believe in him because of the way he came back ( i later found that as I continued lesson and testimonies that restoration is not most often like in a movie :-)). But thanks to God again, who gives us another opportunity as we repent. Since then we were not yet like husband and wife, even if it was more friendly, without hate anymore, he initiated intimacy as I prayed to the Lord, because I was not sure he had clearly understood that I’m “available.” The Lord did it for me too. Last week he didn’t have his wedding ring, yesterday night I just notice it and I even heard a “Cherie” as we were talking the day before. It may seem not too big, but as I look back, I know it God’s work finishing my restoration. And I’m grateful. I’m so encouraged to continue with gentle and quietness, winning without a word principle, and go to the Lord when I have a need. Ladies, it works, without a doubt!!!
Philippians 4:19 King James Version (KJV) “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. He didn’t specify the need, and as far as He knows our needs as women, of course, He will supply it if we count on Him to do so.”
Philippians 1:6 NIV “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
Since He is the one who changed our husband mind to come back to us, He is going to continue the changes in us and make our marriage a marriage according to his will, why will he stop in the way?
