“‘Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows’” (Mal. 3:10).
I first learned about tithing through this ministry. I decided to start faithfully tithing ten percent to this ministry, as this is where I have been getting spiritually fed. At first I was scared. My EH had left me and our 4 children about 5 years ago. He has been in and out of our home since, but has not helped a lot financially. When I first started tithing ten percent I wasn’t sure how I would manage the bills and our needs. But God was so faithful to provide. At first He would use my EH by having him give us money (a lot of times double what tithed). The more faithful I’ve been to tithing the more my heavenly love has blessed me with. I’ve been faithfully tithing for about a year and a half and in almost the past year my salary at work has greatly increased. God has been blessing me through work with raises, incentives, and bonuses. He is a wonderful provider and keeper of promises. All glory and praise to Him.
What a beautiful praise dear Sylvia. It is a big step to start tithing, but once you do, He opens up the windows of Heaven. For me, the blessings were not just financially, but also with the way I go through trials and so many other things. It is always such a blessing to read how He blessed those who are faithful to His principles. 💕
Definitely this is a step of faith, when our Beloved gives us the wisdom to understand what tithing means, what remains is to pray and search for this truth to come down to the heart to do it correctly, I believe that tithing is a protection for us but above all He wants us to dispose our hearts putting it in the first place of our lives; and I agree with Yvonne the blessings expand in many areas, thank you dear Sylvia because your testimony shows us the fidelity of His Word🙌🏻
Thank you for this beautiful praise dear Sylvia. I know I also so scared but the moment I trusted the Lord and payed my tithe, everything in my life changed and that is why the enemy brings fear over us, so that we don’t experience what the Lord has planned for us.
