Relieved of Worrying

Dear Brides, Recently I have just read Finding the Abundant life because I desire a more intimate relationship with the Lord. I have been reading the praise reports and testimonies of the other brides and they would share their experiences about experiencing the Lord as their everything, a Husband and Father to their children. I have grown closer to Him but I still desired to be closer, I wanted to be totally filled with His love and peace. So after reading Finding the Abundant life I wanted to put everything to the test.

For years I have been the breadwinner in my marriage, taking on the load and burden, paying all the bills, taking care of my EH (earthly husband) and also five children, it was overwhelming. But as I'm learning to give things to Him and to trust Him, and I don't have to carry that burden with Him being my HH (Heavenly Husband). I want to give Him this praise and brag about my HH.

I haven't worked in almost two months due to an injury at work and my oldest daughter has a prom coming up in just a few days. A few months ago we found a prom dress I wasn't able to pay the full amount so I put a deposit down. Over the course of the months now it's time to pick the dress up, I didn't have any money to get the dress but my daughter works so she was going to pay the remainder. In my heart I felt my daughter really didn't like the dress but she was settling. She really wanted a navy blue dress, fitted and off the shoulders. The dress we selected was a rose gold ball gown. I prayed to my HH (Heavenly Husband) and told Him I know He will provide whats best. I asked Him if we can find another dress that's just right for her and will make her feel beautiful. I told Him I trust Him as a Husband and Father.

My daughter and I drove to go get the dress, we was going to stop at a dress store we originally wanted to get a dress from but for some reason I pulled up to another store. My daughter tried on a few dresses and you know what ladies, my HH came through for her. She was able to find guess what, a navy blue dress, fitted and off the shoulders exactly what she desired and it was also less money than the dress we had on layaway. Praise God my daughter was so excited.

But He didn't stop there we went back to the store to get my money back from the layaway off the other dress but their policy stated there is no refunds, but guess what I have the best Husband. He told me to tell my daughter to get her shoes and jewelry from there and ask the owner if I could use the down payment money they couldn't refund towards another purchase, and guess what my daughter was able to get a beautiful pair of heels, a pair of earrings, a necklace and a bracelet. Nothing was wasted and she walked away happy and I was relieved of worrying and carrying the burden of not having.

I'm so grateful because my daughter got to experience this because a few days before I told her I believe that God is going to show us where to go and He's going to give her what she's looking for. I'm sorry this is long but He deserves all the Glory and every word that comes from my mouth to be heard. I'm learning and growing and experiencing Him as my Husband. I'm learning to put all my trust in Him and trusting Him with my children, marriage and finances.

Dear brides, cling to Him, desire to desire more of Him the way we trusted in our EH (earthly husband). I put all my trust in my HH (Heavenly Husband), His love will not waiver or change, His love will not wither away, His love is unconditional and I love Him first and most. I can't wait to see what else He have in store for me and my children. This brokenness that lead me here has strengthen me and its the best thing that have ever happened to me. Thank you my Love for being faithful to me.
