His appointed time is for sure the best. I can only imagine how desperate and hopeless my own mum felt after my divorce. My mum would beg me to get my lift right, but I just wanted to numb the pain. So I became more and more selfish, not thinking about my parents, only thinking about my own pain. I compared my life to a roller coaster ride (which I by the way hate to go on a roller coaster). This salvation story of John brought me to tears, because so many times I would try to get my life right and again chose the wrong path and I am so grateful that our precious Beloved Lord never gave up on me. I also don't want to glorify my past, because I did so many things wrong and feel so ashamed about, but what I know it that our precious Lord loves us with an everlasting love and that I will never ever doubt again. And my past is proof too that I really can't do it on my own!
I am so grateful that I now live with my parents and get the chance to make it right with them and that my mum can see with her own eyes that our precious Beloved Lord did it at His appointed time.
