It’s almost 1 year since RMI became part of my life. 1 Year ago, I was completely lost and hopeless. 1 Year later, I have let go and given it to Him.
It took a year of building trust and faith but “…your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58 Now He is my joy. No matter what my circumstances look like, I am always reminded that He is THE source of joy and happiness. I’ve come to the realization that nothing is everlasting but Him, my Lover and Friend. Even when my feelings overwhelm me, I know they don’t last because they are mere feelings and they go away. I know “He has overcome the world”. (John 16:33) Just because I don’t see it or feel it, He is here and He has taken good care of me.
Dear Brides, I want to encourage you to REST in Him. It’s easy said than done (believe me, I’ve been thru doubts and unbelief) but don’t give up. He is faithful to complete what He has started. Enjoy His presence and get in the words every day. Choosing to fall in love with Him is the best decision I’ve ever made my whole life. He will teach us the real meaning of love. And if you don’t know how to love (like me), I encourage you to write down Corinthians 13:4-8 every day and meditate on them.
Start today and start NOW, “but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33

The scripture you shared from Corinthians is so powerful it changed my heart when there was ugliness inside.
Thank you for sharing! I can relate to the journey you have been on. I have also been through doubts and unbelief, but I have learned that the best thing to do is to keep trusting in God and His promises. He is faithful to complete what He has started, and He will never leave us or forsake us. I am so glad that you have found joy in Him.
