My praise is my new relationship with my stepdaughter and her hunger for the Lord. I haven’t seen anything like it. Yes there are many children who love the Lord, who are able to talk about Him because they have this kind of background in their family, but this innocent girl never heard the name of the Lord from her parents and yet the Lord is making sure she is aware of His presence and she is not forgetting Him. Because she is His little princess.
When she was over, staying for the night, she asked me if she can sleep with me and if we can pray like before. I was shocked, but I also asked EH what to do, since he heard her request and I didn’t want to be the spiritual leader of our family. He said, yes.
During the weekdays, I really wanted to have quiet time with my Beloved. I couldn’t wait for EH to go to the work so I could lock myself in my prayer closet and be there, even for 5 minutes. But she always found me. She was asking me what I was doing do and when I told her I wanted to be alone with the Lord, she kept asking me if she can be with the Lord and me in my prayer closet too. I couldn’t say NO. It was so lovely to see her on her knees in the closet praising the Lord, singing the songs to Him. Many times I just wanted to cry from happiness.
This little girl is amazing. She was sitting stunned and she felt the presence of the Lord she said. She told me she feels so good, her heart is so happy, she doesn’t want to be with mummy nor with daddy, she wants to be alone with Him 🙂
Yes because He is my Beloved, which is now her Beloved, He made Himself real to her in so many ways 🙂 Here are some Bible verses He has given me.
But He said, “Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14
"O Lord, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do]; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And You are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken], Behold, O Lord, You know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, And [You have] placed Your hand upon me. Such [infinite] knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high [above me], I cannot reach it. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?" Psalm 139 AMP
These are the verses I love to read to my stepdaughter to show her how much she is loved. And it was the Love of my Beloved who was making her so confident and secured in His love too. Nothing compares to His love 🙂

Remember, Matthew 7:13-14 tells us to “Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it.”
And Psalm 100:4 tells us HOW to Enter— “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name.”
