Still connected

before moving into my new place, just to be sure that I was prepared, I paid all my bills a month before the move. When I tried to pay for my internet I had to be transferred to another department because the service was not active yet. Being Transferred led to someone trying to fraud my account so even though it looked like my bill was paid it wasn’t. This ordeal was so incredibly confusing that I received my money back from the bank and my internet account kept sending receipts saying my bill had been paid. I tried to explain that it’s been almost 3 bill cycles and I hadn’t paid a single dime but there was so much confusion that the company ended up sending me a credit! It has almost been two months with no income but my HH has made a way to keep me connected, literally.
