On a regular basis I would say I can't do this... especially when I found out after my son's birth that he has brain damage. And in a weird way I was right, because apart from Him I can do nothing and the best part is He waited patiently for me to realize that.
I will never forget the day I walked into the doctor's room, after brain scans were done on my son, for him to tell me I have to accept my son was going to be in a wheelchair and I have to accept it and oh boy was he so wrong! Of course I cried and cried, because how could this be happening to me! My husband left me for the other woman, married her and then I became pregnant after being the other woman in his life. and not thinking I am doing any wrong. "This is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth and says, ‘I’ve done nothing wrong.’" P30:20
The best part is our Darling Lord doesn't just leave us or our situations the way it is! I am here to tell you there is hope in our Darling Lord! Last week my son was chosen as a leader for his school and he is busy with trials to compete again against the whole South Africa in special sports and that all is our Darling Lord turning it all around and not because of something I did right, but all because of Who He is! I am so grateful for what He is doing in our son's life, because yes I couldn't do it, He did it! And it was so heartwarming when the teachers came to tell me he is so well mannered and always treats them with respect and today my praise is all for Him, He has been the best ever Heavenly Father to our son and I am so very grateful.
"...and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD'S hand double for all her sins." I40:2
So precious woman hold onto our Darling Lord like never before, get to know Him like never before and see how He turns your situation (that you might think is hopeless) around, all because of Who He is!
I’m always amazed by the praise from moms who talk about what our Beloved has done in their children’s lives.
Thank you, Janine my 3 year old son doesn’t speak very well everyone says I should go and see a doctor. I know my darling will do this beautiful work in him. Like your blog, Yvonne’s and I think we had Isabella’s blog just recently then Kristine’s testimonial woow I just keep all your beautiful praises in my heart …because I know my darling will do something great in his life . But also my eh had said he would pick him up this weekend but he didn’t come I felt so at peace whether he came or not I took advantage of this moment to play with him as he loves …and I give thanks to my beloved ..for this peace in me .
Isn’t it wonderful how He is the One who fills us up with a peace that surpasses all understanding, I am so grateful precious Kateleen that you were filled up with His peace. And precious Kateleen I agree with you that our Darling Lord is going to do something awesome in your son’s life, because that is just Who our Darling Lord is.

Dear Janine, I have tears in my eyes as I read your beautiful praise report.
Today we realize that we were drawn to this journey, which at first we thought was just to restore our marriages, but we discovered along the way that He had many other plans for us and our families! First, He wanted to mold us, transform us, shape us, and transform us into His Bride, and for Him to truly be First in our lives.
Then we began to understand that we need to surrender everything into His holy and powerful hands, and then He begins to work for us and through us.
I always say that we are very privileged to be here united in this same purpose, enjoying the company of the One who places His hands on our shoulders and leads us on a happy, safe, and pleasant path, giving us advice along the way, teaching us, protecting us, and telling us that “He is everything we and our children need.”

When I look back it all felt to much when I didn’t surrender and it is so awesome how He teaches us to surrender to Him, because He knows what He is doing and why He is allowing trials in our lives, we just need to trust Him. And I am not saying I get it right the first time, but then He is so lovingly reminding me to surrender. Our Darling Lord is really everything and all we need.

Janine, what a beautiful testimony of the power and love of Our Beloved. Although it may seem impossible to men, He is Almighty God, and He changes circumstances with love and so that we may see His Glory.
