Since the rain started again here where I live, I dug out my umbrella that had started to slightly rust and wasn't as smooth operating as last season. I thought maybe I should replace it, I just kept telling myself it was 'good enough'.
Well, out at a fancy restaurant I put it under the table and didn't think to grab it on the way out. In fact when I went to use it again I couldn't find it. I asked our sweet HH where it was and He reminded me I left it under the table, so of course I went right up to get a new one. He knew I needed a new one and was well content to keep the slightly rusted one, but He allowed me to leave it there because He wanted me to get a new one!
Also a funny haha was when my 2 1/2 yr old phone just up and died! I thought wow! I'm getting a new phone! First I was led to call the phone provider who sent me to the one and only repair shop in my area. I had to leave the phone while a tech took a look at it. Listening to the store manager you would have thought I was the owner of the oldest phone on the market. He tried to upgrade me and change my plan, I told him I wasn't interested in any of it because I had paid $11 a month for the past 2 1/2 yrs for just this reason. He tried to tell me the upgraded phone which was FREE was out of stock and I would have to wait. I said I was fine with that. He just looked at me like I was saying I could go without oxygen and still live!
So, to keep this short and sweet, it took over a week but our Sweet HH arranged to not only have me upgraded but TWICE! and FREE!
Not only that, but my old phone 'resurrected' when I went to get my new phone but only long enough to transfer my contacts so I didn't lose those HOW AWESOME is that?
Psalm 37:4Β Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Malachi 3:10-12,Β ββBring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be [spiritual] food in My house, and test Me now in this,β says the LORD of hosts, βif I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,β says the LORD of hosts. βAll the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,β says the LORD of hosts.β

Remember, Matthew 7:13-14 tells us to βEnter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it.β
And Psalm 100:4 tells us HOW to Enterβ βEnter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name.β
