Just yesterday I read, in Principle #11 - How To Be Blessed This Year, how important it is to praise and worship the Lord and that it releases power and as I read Facing Divorce Again - Chapter 4 I read agains how important praise is and that it will take us to the heights of joy, which will naturally change us.
I remember when I got covid in January 2023 and I just started feeling depressed. I immediately put on my favorite praise music and told my precious Lord how much I love Him and how wonderful He is and there I experienced the power of praise because I was immediately filled with a joy and peace that surpasses all understanding.
Please read this passage quoted from the lesson Facing Divorce-Again, Chapter 4:
Praise is another area that will take you to the heights of JOY that will transform you, your life, and whatever you are going though now and in the future. If what is up ahead is keeping you from praising God like He should be praised, let your mind “fast forward” to the future that He has planned for you. Don’t look at what “may” be up ahead, like what will happen if or when you sign divorce papers, or the fear of running into the other woman at the ball game, or who your husband/wife might be seeing when he/she is not with you—instead look to the future—a future that He has planned just for you!
Precious dearest bride let's praise Him despite our circumstances, because that's exactly what our precious Lord deserves.

I recently finished reading this chapter too. Yes, let’s make gratitude a part of our everyday life. When we wake up and before we go to sleep, thank and praise Him for all the blessings we have received and the ones we know are coming our way. 💕
