Después de escuchar una predica en el cual decia que un día a la semana fue apartado solo para dar gracias, sin pedir nada al Señor. Inicie ya hace un mes más o menos a hacerlo real en mi vida y puedo hacerlo desde que amanezco hasta que anochesco, solo doy gracias. Si me encuentro pidiendo algo lo combierto en dar gracias, solo gracias por que Él ha sido bueno. Este es el día que hizo El Señor, me alegra re y me gozare en el, este es el día, este es el día que hizo El Señor.

After listening to a sermon in which was said that one day a week was set aside just to give thanks, without asking the Lord for anything. I started a month or so ago to make it real in my life and I can do it from dawn until dusk, I just give thanks. If I find myself asking for something I cover it with giving thanks, just thanks that He has been good. This is the day that the Lord has made, I am glad to laugh and I will rejoice in it, this is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made.
