All above

"Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance." 1 Corinthians 13:7

I was really encouraged by reading Wise Man Warrior post by Yvonne and pushed me to follow His lead and write this one for His glory. The same day I read it, I felt absolutely overwhelmed by a wrong feeling of dissatisfaction due to the fact that my girl is avoiding reading the Bible and praying.

Early that morning, I kissed her and immediately she jumped out of bed, I proposed her to greet Our Beloved and she was reluctant. I was calm and silent. I didn't press her to do anything. Anyways, I did a loud prayer taking her place.

Later, we got ready for breakfast and one more time she was unwilling to give thanks and talked to Him. And it allowed me to realize that it's not the first time in the week, in the month,... Then, she said " I don't want to talk to Him". I just looked at her and I held my tongue.

At that moment I wasn't aware of the principles I had learned: winning without a word.

But I changed my mind and the plans I had in mind to leave that morning, and I found my diary, poured out my head and heart and went to my Place of Safety with my Beloved Lord while she was playing in front of me.

He led me faithfully. I can just trust Him. I praise Him for His kindness and everlasting grace shown in that moment. He reminded me of love, love without conditions, love at any point.

I really kept in my heart His lovely reminders, the same I want to share with you and the ones that fit perfectly with any family member and acquaintances.

My Lord gave me a powerful and so encouraging list of verses to react properly and to follow once given:

1 Peter 4:8 NLT
[8] Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.

Erin's advice: when I don't know how to react, choose love because it never fails. ❀️

My attitude changed. Remember, I didn't say a word but my heart was facing an internal battle. Then, I clothed myself with love and I did what He had commanded me: love even if...

Dear all, He is faithful πŸ™Œ and He provided me with the things I needed. I just love Him...

What a beautiful compliment to our Beloved… My 3-year-old son always talks to me about Jesus, and always reminds me that our Beloved is greater…. Given the situation we are in…. He tells me when he He gets up after school before going to bed and tells me this every day…. 😊
Thank you for reminding us of the verses about love….

  2. Thank you for sharing precious Mia and wow these beautiful verses that I needed to reed now. My son says he is not ready and it broke my heart because I said those words years ago after choosing the wrong way, but your post reminded me now to just give love to my son and trust my Darling Lord to draw him closer and closer to Him.

  3. I can understand why you feel heartache that your daughter avoids reading the Bible and praying. My oldest is a kind, generous child but isn’t saved. He lives with roommates and his fiancΓ©, who think like most of this new generation. I often pray to the Lord to save Him. We can’t force someone to do something but we can trust in Him and have faith that He is working everything out for our children. Just show them the truth, our love, and pray for them.πŸ’•

Just by you being patient, calm, and understanding, that’s a wonderful example of His love for your daughter.

  4. Wow Mia thank you for sharing this,l completely understand how you feel and there have been times that l even fear that l am not doing enough as a mother to teach my children about the love of their Father and His word because we only have a limited amount of time with our children when they are living under our roof.

He has been leading me to use the bible audio so l listen to the bible with my kids, l love to color in my creative bible and my daughter crochets, my son just listens.. its very relaxing to just listen esp as we are listening to Mark in the New Testament so its like a story we are listening to. Then we speak about what we listened to and the kids share their thoughts and ask questions. l find this to be light and easy πŸ’—
