As I meditated on Psalm 37 this week, I felt a gentle whisper from my Beloved urging me to let go of self-pity and to trust in His promises. The happiness we often see in others is not always real, and sometimes it’s a distraction that makes us doubt what we already have. I was reminded to fix my eyes on Him, to celebrate both the big and small blessings along my journey, and to rest in His presence—trusting that even in waiting, He is at work. In the stillness of His love, we find the peace to let go of our plans and lean into His perfect timing.
Dear ladies, let us learn to run to Him first. To let Him take care of our children, our homes, and our hearts. Because our Heavenly Husband is truly the best protection.
