He Restored So Many Things in My Life

Dear Brides, I just want to thank my Beloved Husband for His greatness, patience, love, and grace. Thank you, my Love, for helping me always, for never leaving or forsaking me.

I am finally home!!! If you’ve been reading our Encouragement Blog, you will remember that in my last PR (Praise Report) “Left it in His Hands” I was back to my hometown in Turkey, helping my friend who recently gave birth to her first child. As I shared, I was so afraid to go there, but today I want to tell how blessed I was during the time He set up for me.

First my Beloved helped me to overcome the fear of walking in the city, I was always afraid to see my FH, but that never happened, I enjoyed our walking, constantly talking with Him everywhere that went or remembering something that He said in His Word, I was calm and happy, walked so much and was able to serve my friend with love and patience.

Also, He did something so amazing and an answer to my prayers. I had a very good relationship with my former MIL, and one of the hardest things about my divorce was the loss of my family, my in-laws since they loved me as their own daughter. The last time I saw my former MIL (mother-in-law) was when I left her house (I lived four months in their house after the divorce), at the time it was the time to be away, so I never called, saw, or had any news about her or any member of the family. They never knew what happened to me, if I was alive or dead, but I would not reach up to them if it was not His time. So I waited and enjoyed Living the Abundant Life He gave me, he took me around Europe with Tara, to the #LALTour.

He restored so many things in my life, but I felt that there was a need for closure, so I asked Him to show me if it was the time to finally reach out to them. I prayed for months, then one day I simply heard “For everything, there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven…a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together…a time to keep silence, and a time to speak…” So, He led me to contact them and they were so happy to hear from me because they tried to contact me before and couldn’t since they didn’t have my number. So while I was helping my friend with her baby, He set up a time to meet my family.

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: …a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose…” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

The first thing that my former MIL said to me, after almost to years was “Wow, you are even more beautiful than you were before” and I know what she saw was His love shining in my face. I had a great and amazing moment, and finally, we were able to have closure, now they now that I’m well and happy!! Thank you Beloved for setting this time for us.

I just want to encourage you with my story, but also remind you that each and every case is different so always ask Him and be still to be able to hear His voice, it will never be opposed to what He says in His word. I am not in contact with them, or I will be anxious and try to move things by my own strength, I am at peace regarding what He does.

There were so many other times that He guided me, and I will be sure to tell more about it in my next Praise Report. If you are struggling because your prayers were not answered yet, remember that it is in His time, don’t complain and be sad because you don’t have what you’re praying for, but rejoice with the things that He has given you already. Rejoice and be content in each and every situation, get excited about the things that will come, but also enjoy the present with Him.

“Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world… ” Philippians 2:14-15
