Today I would like to share with you an awakening that the Lord has given me over the past few months and a great account of healing from this awakening!
The Bible tells us that many times we don't receive a blessing because we don't ask, or ask the wrong way, to satisfy our desires and wants, or simply because we forget to ask God to help us!
“... they don't have it, because they don't ask. When they ask, they don't receive, because they ask for the wrong reasons, to spend on their pleasures.” James 4:2-3
I confess that I made this mistake, I ask Your forgiveness, my Dear, for having been remiss and not having remembered that, EVERYTHING, everything I can take to the Lord in prayer!
My son had a genetic condition that, on many occasions, he would bleed through his nose, and I took him to the pediatrician numerous times. I was always worried, but the doctor told me that there was nothing to do, just supplement with vitamin C to strengthen his blood capillaries. But constantly, at night, his nose bled and I felt so helpless seeing him like that.
Lately his nose bled at least three times a week, sometimes the amount of blood that came out was scary! But I confess to you that I was “asleep”, I was sad and worried, but I did nothing! Until one day, I heard the voice of the Lord speaking clearly in my heart: “Why don't you turn this situation over to the Doctor of doctors? The doctor said there's nothing to be done, but you know that's not true!!”
Beloved, I felt ashamed for having been remiss and forgetting that our God can do Everything, He is a God who heals in such a way that illnesses never return, I myself have experienced this miracle so many times!! And how had I forgotten to talk about it with Him? I'm sorry my Dear, for having forgotten You and spent so much time doing nothing, not giving my son to You and praying for his healing!
So, at that moment, the Lord awakened in me an enormous desire to pray and turn the whole situation over to Him! I invited a friend to pray the prayer of agreement together and, even before we prayed, I felt in my heart that healing would happen in my son's life!!!!
Ahh dear, it was a wonderful learning experience! How sad I felt and how I failed with all this that happened to us! But the Lord didn't want me to feel guilty, He just wanted to teach me and show me that He was there, waiting for me to ask!
Many times in our lives, the rush in our daily lives causes us to become distracted and lapsed... and we don't need to go through this! The Word tells us that the Lord is a God who loves to bless us!!!
"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
Dear ones, don't make the same mistake I did, don't forget that our Beloved Heavenly Husband is here, ready to bless us. He is waiting to leave our lips with praise for our request, our need!
Today, after many months I can testify to you that my son was healed, no more blood came out of his nose, how beautiful our Beloved is!!
Thank you Dear One, for forgiving me and teaching me through my mistake and my situation, I am so grateful to You for everything!!
