Hi beautiful brides, l would like to share some news about my younger brother, if you have read previous praise reports l have written over the years you will have read about my parents divorce and unhappy marriage and how it badly affected us as kids growing up. I am so happy to have learned everything l learned and when l say everything from HopeAtLast to LoveALast its important to learn about the biblical principles in the RYM & WW books but its even more important to live as His Bride.
Its my brothers birthday today and l wished him and then he called me! The reason its such a praise is because it came to a time where l had to completely LET GO, l had to stop trying to help him and many of my family members had to stop too. The Lord even removed my mom from our hometown to come live with me so she could no longer help him. He had nowhere left to go…
HE helped me to get my brother into a christian organization who help drug addicts and homeless ppl, give them a place to live and help them get on their feet. He left this place and did not finish the allocated time he was supposed to stay and that’s when l COMPLETELY let go and gave Him over to the Lord. After a time he went back on his own to stay for a further year and a couple of months.
When l spoke to him and asked him are you still living at the centre he sounded a bit hesitant to tell me he left… but told me he felt his ready to get on with his life as his getting older and is working part time and will continue after the festive season.
I wished him well and told him l support him in this decision his made BUT the praise and amazing thing is that he has a phone now that his kept for awhile so l can stay in contact now (before he would sell the phones family gave him). He is speaking about the future and what He would like to achieve. He mentioned to me about prayer and everything would be ok when l mentioned something l am going thru and l saw him posting some encouraging Godly posts on his FB profile.
All these things are such a praise 🙌🏼 l have prayed for my brother for so long and HE is making the changes in him. There are 2 Salvation Stories in particular that l really love and that l have always remembered Heroin Addict and Brother John funny thing is my brothers second name is John, what a coincidece 🙂
Its been years and years l have been trusting for his life… this brother of mine started getting into the wrong things very early in life. I know that my precious Husband is not finished doing his GOOD work in him 🙌🏼🥳 l will continue to pray and trust because l know HIS far from done!!
“And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” Phillipians 1:6
How great! I have been in agreement with you regarding this situation, as I am also awaiting my eh’s salvation and bondages to be broken. It’s so awesome to see how the Lord has been working in your brother’s life! May He keep doing amazing things in his life to draw him closer! 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you Hope 🙂 my eh is a believer but l am trusting that HE will place the Lord 1st in his life and heart and go to HIM for everything 🙏🏼 l am praying and trusting with you that HE is refining the men in our lives that HE loves too 🙌🏼♥️

Yes Rasa it was not easy for me and my whole family especially when we ate so desperate to see change in our loved ones. its a reminder to me once again that l must let go if l want to see Him working and doing the impossible 🙏🏼🙌🏼
