We always say Lord your will be done in my life or that we accept and trust His will or thy will be done or ask Him what is His will but what are WE doing to bring about his will for our lives?
“Lift up your eyes round about, and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried in the arms” (Is. 60:4).
So fast forward to this week I was really short and not knowing how I would buy all the stuff I needed with the money I had but just telling him to lead and guide and help me. I have been having phone troubles… It needs a new battery but I can only get that fixed next week….
But this particular day my phone managed to charge and I had it with me. While on the way to the store He had me check for the messages for the 99c bread but then I also saw a R50 off your purchase message with a code. So He was telling me just check at the till if the R50 off was also valid…
“And he will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers” (Ps. 1:3).
NEVER EVER doubt HIM the way I did at times….. because this has most certainly been one of the toughest years for me and my family……
“When I needed the Lord, I looked for Him; I called out to Him, and He heard me and responded. He came and rescued me from everything that made me so afraid.” (Psalm 34:4).
“They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed” (Ps. 34:5).
“And behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared, and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter’s side and roused him, saying, ‘Get up quickly.’ And his chains fell off his hands” (Acts 12:7).
