Recently I thought back to when I wanted to attend a Christmas Service and needed to organize a lift with a lady in our area. A lady I had never met before. On Christmas morning I told my mom that I really felt like a cup of Wimpy coffee and was contemplating spoiling myself to a cup after the service. The lady picked me up and after the service she suggested we go for coffee!!!
Not any coffee Wimpy coffee!!!
Wow well, we got talking as you know only ladies can. And I really felt led to share my testimony and about the ministry …she was fascinated. We sat talking for an hour! She asked me to pray for her marriage and said that she will share the details with me at a later stage. And that she would pray for me also.
I am still amazed on a daily basis at how the Lord bring two people together. Although she is a woman of great faith she felt led to share a little with me because as she says only a person that knows about marriage difficulties can encourage someone else with the same thing. What an awesome blessing to start my Christmas day like that.
Ezekiel 22:30 NIRV, βI looked for someone among them who would stand up for Jerusalem. I tried to find someone who would pray to me for the land. Then I would not have to destroy it. But I could not find anyone who would pray for it.”
I was amazed that this woman who was clearly a woman of God would choose me to pray for her marriage. I am just so thankful that the Lord had found me when I was so desperately looking for Him.
2 Chronicles 16:9 NIRV “The Lord looks out over the whole earth. He gives strength to those who commit their lives completely to him.”
When our lives are committed to Him, the Lord does things in our lives that no-one can fathom, He gives strength to encourage others.

I had been praying for my middle daughter to get engaged and married as she has been longing for a baby and is already 30! On New Year’s Day her fiancΓ©e phoned and asked ME first for her hand in marriage! All the praise to my Heavenly Husband!
Psalm 66:19 NIRV “But God has surely listened. He has heard my prayer.”
