I just finished crying after witnessing how powerful the Power of Praise is. This is the first time I saw God move immidiately.
First I confess that I got afraid first before I applied this principle that I have been applying radically in my life.
My mom left yesterday, and we have not heard anything from her since. She went on an Evengelism Crusade which will last for a few days in a remote area. Usually, she sends us a photo to our family group chat to update us. But this time, 24 hours after my Mom left, we did not hear anything from her.
I sent my sister a message to ask her about Mom and she told me she has not contacted her as well. So I got worried. The reason I got worried was because few days ago, I had a dream about my mom passing away. So the enemy was using it to control my emotions.
Then I told God, no I will not be afraid. I started praising Him over and over again.
Thank You Lord, we don’t know where my mom is.
Thank You Lord, we can’t contact my Mom.
Thank You Lord, we don’t know what happened to my Mom.
I’ve repeated this over and over again. And after just less than five minutes…. My Mom sent us a message!!!!
Her phone finally got a signal to update us! I cried so much!!! Just how powerful God is, how POWERFUL praising God is.
Thank you God for keeping my Mom safe. Thank You God!!!

I love your beautyful praise, I’m so happy for you that He has answers you praise with a message of your mother. Yes praise is powerfull and makes the enemey flee. Thank you for you praise, It teaches me to go to my Heavenly Husband en praise Him, when I am in troubles. sometimes I struggle with it because I ask Him more for help than praise Him for problems.
I am like that as well, sometimes I forget to praise Him. I beg for Him to help me, to take away my loneliness. Then He’ll remind me that my loneliness is a signal for me to come closer to Him. Then I will thank Him for my loneliness or any negative emotions I feel. I thank Him that I am sad, that I am hurting, that I am alone. I know He will use those emotiones for good because He loves me. It’s a signal for me to get more of Him. To delight myself in Him. Soon those emotions gets replaced with His love and peace.

It is beautiful to see how He guides us and fills us with Him so that we can stop focusing on our problems and look only to Him.
Your comment reminded me that before I never thought about praising our Lord during my trials. I always thought that I should ask Him to remove all and any tribulations and problems from my life, and that I needed to do something about it. And reading the book Prison to Praise (https://www.amazon.com/Prison-Praise-Merlin-R-Carothers/dp/0943026024/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463562427&sr=8-1&keywords=Prison+to+Praise#detailBullets_feature_div) taught me the importance and power of praising Him in the trials or storms we face.

That book is my favourite! I found the truth that It is Him that allowed these trials. Once I applied praising Him in all circumstances that is when I found true peace. He loves us and cares for us. Even if He does not move in our situation immediately, I just know He is pleased with all my praises and thanksgiving. These trials are to mold us into the Bride that He wants us to be. He replaces every hurts, fear, worries, anxiety with His peace and love everytime we praise Him, especially for the “bad” situations we are facing.
