  1. This is a good reminder to me that I need to take the opportunity to share more about me. Lately I feel that I have refrained from talking about myself or my situation to others. I stay quiet and think who will listen to me when my life “looks” like a mess and what women wants to hear what I have to say when I am not restored and I am alone. Of course this is the enemy saying those things to shut me up and shut me out. I need to pray about having the right words so that it is Him who is showing others what He wants them to hear or see not me.
    Thank you for this lesson.

    1. Ruby, I just seen your comment and wanted to reply that I often feel I am not good with words or getting what I am trying to express out in the right way. I am very introverted, quiet and I have to ask Him to speak through me. Everyone has a unique story and perspective that can help others. Keep praying for the right words, and God will guide you in sharing what He wants others to hear and see.

      1. Thank you Hope. I do feel that the Lord has hidden me away and He is doing something in me once again. Continuing His good work in me. I will pray for the right time and words.

    2. Dearest Ruby, I completely understand because I used to feel the same. But then my Beloved reminded me that everything we go through can be used to encourage others who come behind. Our journeys are not the same, but He gave each of us unique testimonies. And we never know when our testimony will encourage somebody else.

  2. Dear ruby,
    I too can put things into perspective about what you are saying. Recently I learned that I too am an introvert. I prefer to be alone because the stimuli that sometimes become too much make me tired. In daily life I deal with HSP/ADD symptoms. When I have contact, I consciously choose to do so and then I am also in contact. Often I don’t know what exactly I should say to encourage them. But I now know all the more that I don’t have to rely on my own mind. There are a number of Bible texts that have given me a lot of support.

    “He guides the humble in what is right
    and teaches them his way.” Psalm 25:9

    β€œTrust in the Lord with all your heart
    and don’t lean on your own understanding;
    in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6

    “for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.” Philippians 2:13

    You can believe that He has chosen you to encourage other women with the testimonies of your life. You have certainly encouraged and given me hope with the letters of praise you sent. We never know what another bride needs, but our Heavenly Beloved does. Whether you have a restored marriage or not.

  3. Thank you Kristine. I love those verses. Thank you for reminding me that I am chosen for His purpose and it’s all for His glory. I’m glad to hear that my praises and my journey has encouraged others. Sometimes we lose sight of that just like it’s so easy to over look some blessings. But we must keep looking through eyes of faith. Thank you.
